    How do i use my balance to recharge my airtel number? Also why is it so difficult to raise a complaint in airtel app? You can track a open complaint but can't actually raise one. It's simply so inconvenient. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    I tried calling @airtelindia customer service and @airtelindia fibre team at sangli. No response from customer care(!). Also, from sangli team, no one is answering to my calls. Simple solution- If you are willing to buy fibre, please go with @reliancejio fibre.

    @TRAI @DoT_India I have been sending port sms for my @airtelindia number, I am not receiving UPC. When contacting customer care they are saying porting is nothing to do with them Same when I try on other network numbers they are sending upc within minutes
