    @airtelindia Worst customer care, even after 50 calls they were not able to resolve my Billing issue and atlast there customer blaming me for this. PLEASE DON'T USE AIRTEL BROADBAND. They are not delivering what they are promising faced a lot of problems during this pandemic due to broadband

    @airtelindia Xtreme fiber down since yesterday and all attempts to reach a human being end up with IVRS failing to resolve. This is not consistent with your approach of zero complaints. 062110077943 dsl. Pls resolve and compensate for loss of service I hv paid

    @airtelbank @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence And it took you 3-4 months to work on this basic request, nobody wait for this long, take this as feedback, it was poor service from your side if any basic thing takes this long. Even after sharing all the docs in one go in starting. I had to follow up zillion times.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had word with Mr.atafalaam and his supervisor Mr.shubham.i am so much satisfied with the resolution provided that I will stick with Airtel now.these are the guys due to which a customer forgets his loss and stick to companies.apreciate both
