    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Still waiting for Root Cause Analysis information from Prepaid/Mobility/Broadband team. This issue keeps happening regularly since May 2021. Unless Airtel assures that Root Cause has been identified and resolved, I will not stop following up on this.

    @airtelindia your service is getting worse and worse. Even after having full strength signal the network speed is below 100Kbps. I think now its time to port to some other network for better service.....
