    Even having 5g network and compatible 5g Cellphone, You have to suffer slow data speeds once your fixed data is consumed. Unlimited 5g is just for scam, isn’t it @airtelindia Pathetic, Can’t wait to port to @reliancejio post trip, once i reach my place. Can’t tk risk during trip

    @airtelindia I contacted customer care four times today about this and they said that a technician would come and fix the problem in person soon, but no one has come yet. When I contacted the service manager in Karaikudi about this, they said that no service request has been received so far.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am not using ur DTH service. Still I am continuously getting ur notifications/reminders. Seems U wrongly attached my phone no. to somebody's account. Pls remove immediately. Also pls explain, how u can attach anybody's number without their consent?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I registered for a Shifting request and the id is 13895079941. As per the request, it should be completed by today but unfortunately no one came for the shifting and while I tried to reach out to the service engineer, no one responded. Look into it.

    Hey @airtelindia, I've tried reaching support multiple times, but nothing gets resolved. Your chatbot doesn't understand the issue, and your IVR doesn't even let me speak to a real person. This support experience is unacceptable. Expected much better from Airtel.

    @airtelindia My Airtel Wi-Fi isn't working. The internet keeps disconnecting. I've called customer support 4 times in the last week, and every time I'm told it will be resolved today, but nothing is happening

    @JioCare @JioCare It's been 3+ days and my complaint SR00003CGERB is still unresolved. I'm only receiving automated replies, with no confirmed engineer visit or resolution. This level of service is unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved today, I will switch to @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia , My Wi-Fi installation slot was scheduled for 11:30 AM, but no engineer has arrived. The assigned engineer is continuously ignoring both my calls and calls from the nearest Airtel Store as well. This level of service is extremely disappointing.

    I recently switched to Airtel from Jio, but my experience has been disappointing. • Unstable 5G connectivity • VoNR not supported • 5G drops to 4G during calls • No HD Voice calling Expected a much better network experience from #Airtel5G @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
