    I literally hate your service @airtelindia it's been a week I am facing issues with my data connection and calls. Tried registering issues on your thanks app that too didn't worked out. Calls keep on dropping and net doesn't work properly 🤦

    @HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

    @airtelindia My SIM card has stopped working whereas pack applied is valid for 62 more days. No1 at cust care and can't go out due to lock down. SIM was working yesterday night. Please help. I am at Rajashthan, Udaipur.

    WTH @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. I am using Airtel fiber for the last 4 months. but till now, they haven't active my landline and 1gbps connection. At the time of connection, I got assurance that the service will be activated within 2-3 months. +

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your service has become bad to worse. Can't even place a call or talk with someone or even use internet. That's just pathetic. You guys are increasing your tariff day by day but still services haven't improved yet. I guess, it's time to switch.

    @airtelindia not getting any help from customer support as I requested to pay for partial bill this time due to some issues.Definitely the time to switch the carrier as I can get the same and cheaper service with another carrier. Inspite of using the services from a long time.
