    @HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer service. What issue takes 22 mins to solve. I was on hold for more than 18 mins, waited patiently but this is extreme.Just for plan change and upgrade. Your agent slept through my call I suppose
