@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

@airtelindia I want to port out from airtel Your service are very pathetic. We can't send SMS in any plans under 100₹ What can a 2sim Holder can do now. Its is very disappointing, Earlier in 49₹ pack we can send msg but now we cant. Now it is getting very costly. #VeryBad

I am using @airtelindia since last 12 years and from last 6 month i am using Airtel black member cost of 2.4k per month. Few days back new bill was generated cost of 3086.48. Airtel store denied to correct the bill. if this issue doesn't get solve i'll switch to @reliancejio
