    @HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

    @airtelindia My SIM card has stopped working whereas pack applied is valid for 62 more days. No1 at cust care and can't go out due to lock down. SIM was working yesterday night. Please help. I am at Rajashthan, Udaipur.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 5 days of outage in a month. And that too during the office hours. What you expect from your customers? And amazingly your mobile data also stops working when broadband goes down. Being a customer of airtel from past 11 years. Time to move on.

    @airtelindia your enterprise services sucks. No service level committments. PRI goes down and your CFM teams does not have Tat to raise tickets and assign to Field team. Competitors r far better than Airtel which i am saying after struggling with u Guys 10 times in past 2 month.

    Hi @airtelindia Can you please let me know if I can change my network carrier while I’m in United Kingdom, I have a @JioCare Sim from India but it doesn’t seem to work anyway. Let me know if I can port to another network while on international roaming.
