    @HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

    @airtelindia My SIM card has stopped working whereas pack applied is valid for 62 more days. No1 at cust care and can't go out due to lock down. SIM was working yesterday night. Please help. I am at Rajashthan, Udaipur.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have paid for broadband Fiber services but I'm facing downtime on your network for last two days. The uptime is almost 12 hrs away with Services completely disrupted. Need my validity to be increased as this downtime has exhausted my 2 day validity

    @airtelindia I want to pay the pending bills and continue the service for no 7602543829 but they are harrasing me and informing me that I have to visit Siliguri store which is almost 250 km away from my home when there is airtel store available with in a distamce 2km and 25km

    @airtelindia, @vittalgopal @sunilmittal22 I am extremely disappointed that you closed my broadband account without any intimation. I have been a loyal customer for years, and this is unacceptable. My xtreme fiber id is O56881968882_dsl , and I have not received any communication.
