@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

@Airtel_Presence This month, I have raised SR 10001968629 today, 140015166 yesterday, 139865210 on 16th, 139199874 on 2nd and 139199874 on 1st Nov. 8 days no fiber service Any logical reason, why a residential fiber connection can have so many repeated tickets? @airtelindia
