@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had a shocking experience with Airtel reps, Akansha and her Supervisor, Vijay Pratap Singh reg a total mess up related to my fixed line account billing. Except parroting apologies, they were unable to provide any satisfactory answers or resolution.
