@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

@airtelindia sir i called your dth customer care. Was directed to ivr, no human to talk so my problem can be resolved. It very saf that companies are interested for their business with humans but when it comes to resolve issues they do not like humans
