@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

Update: @Airtel_Presence says the service is down because of cable cut by @NammaBESCOM 4 days ago. So it appears @airtelindia has providing their flagship service Xtreme Fiber to my home illegitimately and hence the monthly bills are not legal!?
