    @HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been trying to reach customer care to talk to an actual person but Airtel apps has no option for that, everytime chatbot repeating the same request. What is this? Is this the end of the human era????
