@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

@airtelindia Hi I took Xstreme servicces last Friday. Till now the ott apps are not activated. Customer care also has no clue. Let me know if I can get a refund if the problem can't be solved.

But still duped/charged 100 Rs as service men told @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is not providing any splicing instrument. They've to maintain their own splicing devices. Really is this the way Airtel is managing it's business by not providing basic instrument. #AnswersRequired
