@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

I literally hate your service @airtelindia it's been a week I am facing issues with my data connection and calls. Tried registering issues on your thanks app that too didn't worked out. Calls keep on dropping and net doesn't work properly 🤦

Such response is not encouraging as a customer who has to spend and entire day waiting for resolution and not get any, especially in the time of pandemic when almost all work is online. I would request @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia to look into this seriously.

@airtelindia Instead of starting some stupid contest and spending money on marketing, improve your service, bring new tech. Edge computing, mass 5G roll out etc. Marketing will only get you so far. Give better service and let your customers do the marketing.

@airtelindia Really fedup with airtel dth services, getting error code TV code: 2, when I reached out to customer care I was told it's card issue, but there is inbuilt card, and you will be charged for this, disgusting!!!!!!
