    @HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Another false commitment by Airtel. I was told by an executive that installation will be done by 12PM today. Customer care, social media team and on ground team are completely out of sync. They don't have update of what other team is doing.

    @airtelindia Repeated breakdown for Optic Fibre broadband in Thakur Complex, Kandivali/Mumbai. For resolving the problem it takes many days, which is effecting our work fro home & online classes activity.
