@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

@airtelindia Why your prepaid network is so worst?while wrkng on a bnk trnsction 2day, the net got dsconctd. It shows my net blns 0 MB. After some irritation on IVR I registered a complaint. Surprisingly the net balance became 1.5 GB.Till then where did that Data gone? Cheating?

@airtelindia I have same problem they are not providing fiber connection in villages my address: PHULWA BHAVAN,VILLAGE-CHAK KAKHARA,SOHSARAI, BIHARSHARIF,NALANDA,BIHAR PIN 803118. THEY SAID WE ARE NOT PROVIDING IN VILLAGE AREA.
