@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

@airtelindia what a service .. your sim card is showing network non android phone but not in android. in old Mobile it's showing only not but calling is not working and services executive saying u need to visit pune(1000km far)to issue new sim.Wht if PPL is outside the country
