@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

@airtelindia My SIM card has stopped working whereas pack applied is valid for 62 more days. No1 at cust care and can't go out due to lock down. SIM was working yesterday night. Please help. I am at Rajashthan, Udaipur.

Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, want to bring to your notice about your service standards in Dwarka area. I have Airtel-Black connection. Service staff in our area is quite high-headed. It has been 3 days but DTH complaint has not been resolved. Complaint has been made.

My father's sim card was randomly deactivated despite making regular payments. Even after many emails, calls, app complaints, airtel center visits a new SIM has not been activated yet for many weeks.Very unfair @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia!!! Complaint: 21-4195191454621

This has blocked his ability to make calls, messages and receiving OTPs. Despite this he is still making regular payments for receiving absolutely no service. I really wish my father gets a resolution to this ASAP @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
