@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

Amazed hw my numerous complaints to @airtelindia hv bn falling on deaf ears n hw super inefficient thr cmr service is. Swchd from @VodafoneIdeaIN to @airtelindia in Jan’21 n since thn Mst hv made 5 complaints. Not once did I rcv call/site visit frm any airtel exec/ technician.
