    @HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

    @airtelindia My SIM card has stopped working whereas pack applied is valid for 62 more days. No1 at cust care and can't go out due to lock down. SIM was working yesterday night. Please help. I am at Rajashthan, Udaipur.

    Airtel xstream fibre fraud @airtelindia Con by Airtel xstream fibre in Nabina Jhansi , Applied for new connection on 10 of August and till today they have not installed , On further follow up with them they are giving excuse of fibre installation issue . Wasted customer 8 days.

    It's been almost 1 year to follow up with Airtel Customer service. Raised number of requests but result. I am a Airtel postpaid user and I am not able use or utilize the Data pack as well as Voice call- No consistent Connectivity. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia you are India's most worst network service provider. Please close your organization as soon as possible. And you have none any single responsible person in your organization to serve the customer. You should be black listed from India.

    @airtelindia You call it as the fastest network.The speed of internet is so damn slow that nt even WhatsApp msgs are being sent & what to talk about their customer care services a person has to take training from your customer care executives to understand what is to be done next
