@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

@ShreyMakwana4 @airtelindia @elonmusk Standing under the tower won't give you better speed and coverage as antennas are not down tilt everytime, everywhere. So u can try by 50-100m far from tower. And 2nd is tower connected to fibre or micro backhaul.
