@HarmeenM @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal @VittalGopal @AjaiPuri @abhayskar @HarmeenM After chasing #Airtel for 5 days now my issue is resolved I have purchase redmi note 7 pro and i have choosen pack of 249 INR for which i was eligible for double data benefit however CCR of airtel denied the same and took investigation for 5 days to resolve.

@airtelindia i have tried too many times to get help on ur customer care number but all it does is sending me from one IVR to another and the thanks app is pretty useless in query resolution. It would be very useful if you can have some real customer service executives.
