I am using Vodafone also but never troubled what I had with Airtel... See my package & what I have used till date then only u will recognize the trouble... @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia I am not able to get a resolution for internet in udaipur. From the date I recharged for 5 days no internet and the service is soo poor for last two weeks i lose connection mostly everyday for 4-5 hrs straight

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We request Airtel to investigate this network issue and resolve it as soon as possible. If the problem is not fixed, many more customers will be forced to port their Airtel numbers to another network. In fact, several people from our village have already ported their SIMs .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is not an issue with a single SIM or one user. Almost every Airtel customer in our village is facing the same problem. Despite repeated attempts, we have been unable to reach a customer care executive to register this complaint.

    @AirtelIndia took payment for Amazon Prime on 7 Jun 2026 but failed to activate it. @AmazonHelp confirms no activation request received. Complaint #11034334716 remains unresolved (5th Jul). Lost Prime benefits & paid extra charges. Refund my money immediately. @jagograhakjago

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence wi-fi and xstream for my parents in Mumbai disrupted for several days. Customer ID: 3053574136001. After repeated complaints, they've received an update saying "the technical issue has been resolved." But it hasn't. Can you please look into this?
