If this network issue is not resolved by you soon I will port 5 mobile numbers of my family again in VI. It's service is better than Airtel.

Now, i have around 40 corporate numbers and you are not able to provide service on that too. We have written to airtel about replacement of 1 sim 2 mnths ago. No revert till now.

Azhar (@azharparvaiz_) reported@airtelindia’s Srinagar customer care service is the worst one I’ve ever spoken to. On a call duration of 7 minutes I was transferred to & fro 3 departments. Prepaid > PreOnPost > Postpaid and none of their executives had knowledge about switching to a family plan. God’s mercy!
