    Worst service by @airtelindia.We Got a @Airtelblack plan and the wifi connection was done the very next day and since then we have been trying to call the sales representative who ghosted us completely.Calling the customer care they are saying the technician will come. No DTH

    @airtelindia I booked xtreme fiber on 17th Oct. 2022 , i submit my all document ur customer service executive "Ketan" They Called me "sir aaj shyam tak aapka net lag jaega " then i called on 19th Oct they they said "sir aaj lag jaega " now is 20th oct i called her and (1/2)

    @airtelindia I hv been reaching out to customer care to unbundle a family plan & add numbers to Airtel black. I was asked to clear outstanding to do so & I did it at least twice in last 1 month but they are dumb enough to not do it. Can you do something or should I port out?

    @Giza8774 @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia Argh! In 2004-5, I was Vodafone’s 2nd highest NCR customer in terms of billing, after a popular news anchor then with NDTV.     @airtelindia store charge rs 300 for new sim and zero for home delivery. Don’t know about this logic. Store manager said that its our service charge or 265+35 service charge.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    @TRAI Airtel is intentionally withholding unique port codes even after generating them twice. They are also imposing unwanted services on customers. When a customer wishes to discontinue these services, all other services are disconnected. @airtelindia

If the problem is not fixed, many more customers will be forced to port their Airtel numbers to another network. In fact, several people from our village have already ported their SIMs .

    @airtelindia I have 5g unlimited recharge but still 2gb data is getting end on daly basis and I am getting message of 100% data uses and then Internet stopped. Your customer care no is useless too, no customer care available only Ai bot and IVR menu.
