    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia on 25-2-2020 I put a request to Disconnect the Services of 0124-4259852 & the Broadband . Nothing was done I continued to put In the request QUOTE Hey! Your service request # 116703554 is already in progress & it will be addressed within 7 days.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My landline connection is not being used from 21 Mar till date due to covid & I have been charged for it. Have called customer service and mailed you regarding this but no support. I want to get the waiver for the time period my services were unused

    Hi, @airtelindia so my internet is not working at all and my phone is just like one of the small keypad phone in which u can call , receive , and can send text messages that’s it , I have complained so many times but you guys are not even responding, so I hope you respond here.

    @airtelindia I am your customer from last 14 years. I understand the lockdown situation and assigning an engineer to solve the issue related to internet, however, this engineer threatened me that why i didn’t call him instead of reopening the complaint on IVR. What a service.
