  @TRAI Airtel is intentionally withholding unique port codes even after generating them twice. They are also imposing unwanted services on customers. When a customer wishes to discontinue these services, all other services are disconnected. @airtelindia

Despite multiple follow-ups, your team is neither processing the request nor providing a clear update. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when customers depend on your broadband for work and daily use. Kindly resolve my WiFi shifting request on priority instead of making customers wait endlessly.

  My father is 75 years old and, due to his age, his thumb biometric is not being captured reliably. Since his eyes blink repeatedly because of age-related issues, iris/face authentication is also difficult. @airtelindia
