I would rather not get excited about 5G as it is barely there. The 4G network also goes off due to this disruption. U r killing the 4G users too.

The network keeps switching between 5G & 4G and it's so frequent that any apps like UPI, Banks and for that matter Airtel Thanks freezes. Voice call drops or disruption too is ALWAYS ON. I have no resolution till today even after 7 days! Glaring example of pathetic customer service. I have raised other requests for poor network connectivity without any resolution ( request id 31-1000013507129 & 311000013413514). Being a airtel black customer, I expected much better, probably I am wrong by putting all my eggs in one basket or I should port to another service provider. I raised a request for a new connection & immediately was contacted by airtel team but as an existing customer no one is ready to provide a resolution. Looks like it's time to move to a service provider who takes better care of their customers (hopefully ).
