    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Looks like Airtel Internet services are down in the location which falls in Pin Code- 122102/122103 Calling services are okay. During Lockdown atleast for these 21 days. Make your services usable. Be a responsible service provider. 🙏

    @airtelindia @VittalGopal I have to requested to suspend service of my airtel digital box no 3018126555-001 so that I can use 3018126555-002 independtly without playing double charge but customer service is very pathetic.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Today I went to your airtel store @ good earth mall Gurgaon, sec50. Being a platinum customer got highly disappointed to see that your incompetent agents failed to provide me a data sim, despite taking 2 dozen otps and more than 6 pics, and all docs.
