    Said it twice, saying it again "I won't pay anything which is wrongfully charged" . I have more than 1 hour of Airtel customer care call recording , and ain't afraid to take it to @jagograhakjago . @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I have a sim used in my iPad and internet not working. I called your customer care, she said concern is raised and it will take 2 weeks to resolve!!!! Who trained these people to speak with ease, it will take 14 days to solve?? and you are competing in a highly digitised world. Don't you think 14 days is less?

    @airtelindia Broadband Modem Shifting Comp No.10137732968 of 12 Feb 23 not resolved after 7 day Technician reported that Drilling Machine/Tools don’t provide by Airtel Co for fixing Nail on the by Drill machine as per customer request. Better out source this job to private vendor

    @Airtel_Presence Frequent failure of my Fibre Connection of @airtelindia with A/c no. is 7039799714 has become very usual. Even after my repeated complaints in respect of connectivity problem occurred on 29/01/23, no resolution provided. This is lethargic behaviour. Shame #airtel

    @airtelindia , I’ve reported poor network quality for months with no follow-up. Tickets via the app auto-close without resolution, and no executive has contacted me. Is only Priority support valued? If this continues, I will consider switching to another provider like Jio.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In Hoskote, Bengaluru, my Airtel Broadband connection has been down for the last 3 days. The Airtel app keeps reporting an area outage, but there has been no resolution so far. Could you please provide an update and help restore the connection ASAP.

    @Airtel_Presence It's been more than 24 hours and still no Wifi Extending deadlines on every update @airtelindia shut down my connection if you can't provide services. @reliancejio how soon can you provide a new WiFi connection

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I told u my issue , inet was restored after of 15 hrs .I need service extension of 15 hrs outage . u'll have lot of outage through out the mth I end up getting only 25 to 27 days of services even after paying for 30 d .Let me know how ull adjust that .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel now admits my complaint was closed without resolution. This has happened twice. If the network issue still exists and upgrades are still pending, why are complaints being marked as resolved? Fix the network, not the complaint status.
