@Airtel_Presence I think I need 1-2-1 talk with local engineer or atleast a call from customer care . It’s more than 4 months that I have been asking for moving my connection from one room to other .. it seems @airtelindia is not interested in solving . Ur IVR is pathetic

Hello @airtelindia today is the 9th day and my sim is still deactivated if you can't resume my service today give me my money back and send me sim port code I don't want to use your services anymore your customer service is pathetic. Fastest Mobile internet my foot.
