    Finally installed @airtelindia alternate broadband option from @excitel_rocks, which at less then half at promised speeds of 300 mbps, what looks like teething issues, it’s 10 times faster than airtel. Fingers crossed for excitel’s performance.

    @airtelindia WiFi not working since 11 am, 121 is not reachable, have called 3-4 service engineers of yours, each one passing the buck to other. Can you guys arrange someone to address the complain immediately, last 4 hrs am just trying to connect threads

    Searched for @DDNational on @airtelindia TV menu for 15 min. Gave up. Have no idea if it is classified as news or entertainment. With UX & hardware that are cheap and outdated by decades, content discovery on TV is ****. An industry where we pump in over 30,000 Cr of advertising

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence facing poor indoor coverage not able to connect data.when trying to open google its take a long time but not loaded. When putting aeroplane mode / reboot its give a temporary solution ater few minutes its switched to 2G (E).
