    Disappointing conversation with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . A month back I was told multiple times that my current speed will continue if I switch to One Airtel Plan. Now the story has changed and speed will drop down. Disappointing customer service and lack of reliability.

    @airtelindia I have been using my Airtel number since 2015.I was on a trip where there was no network available. After I was back my sim stopped working.On going to nearby store they straightaway issued a new sim and charged me a certain amount. Why is that?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Luk, I m nt new to technology. Reinserting sim doesn't do anything, I had tried this multiple times. Main issue is network speed goes very low in peak hours (6pm to 11 pm). It was not the case 1 month back that's why I purchased postpaid plan.
