    Didn't get a sim and now onwards I am not planning to get one either, such rude staffs and poor service quality. Never expected it from JIO. @airtelindia is much much better. @reliancejio @JioCare . Even original documents are not being considered for giving a sim, ridiculous.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel hasnt responsed since hours. Have submitted all the documents and waiting. Not 1st time we have send documents. They keep saying we r working on it and we will DM but not one mail back or DM have i recieved. This is the worst service ever.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was subscribed to 499 plan and you provided me with 100 rupees rental discount. I did not know that you have fraudulently changed my plan altogether to 399 plan and now I am being deprived off the Airtel Secure service. I want my claim immediately.

    @TRAI please see I want to switch from Airtel DTH for their unreasonable service charges and unprofessional attitude. I contacted @TataSky and informed that I want to switch from @airtelindia but @TataSky is telling me to purchase new equipment from them that is costly @rsprasad
