    @airtelindia Informing you with great sadness. There is a lot of network problem in my village MahuwaKhurd, Approx 100 users are porting the SIM. Because our problem is not solving. We are not able to access data every day due to network problem @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I raised complaint and was told my sim is 2G and not compatible. Went to store they told it is 4G already. What kind of jugaad technology and misleading responses. And CRM is non responsive. Please consider , it is word of mouth marktng age

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Ported in Airtel in Dec 20. GST details given. Not updated till May. Mail sent, followed up for a month. Received confirmation that it's updated. New bill received. Not updated. Complaint sent. Received reply - under progress. Great service

    @airtelindia Airtel should be name AIRTELDONOTCARE, Unable to make calls to 121 costumer care number, unable to register complain anywhere, 198 IVR not working properly, not answering DM's, Not getting help from anywhere. Worst Worst Worst.

    @airtelindia Few calls received after this tweets. Assurance given to resolve issue mentioning this is the highest escalation desk. Still no resolution though and not even heard back from Airtel.
