    @airtelindia I stay on the 17th floor of a gated complex having 6 towers of 19 floors each. I am facing very bad network issue in the house. I am using Airtel Broadband in my house but that is also very slow . Pls immediately look into it and rectify the same

    @airtelindia Airtel Xstream Fiber is cheating me by providing poor service despite paying 4000 rupees for my plan. The internet goes off for the whole day, and I am suffering. The company's customer care is unresponsive, which makes the situation even worse. airtel always cheats.

    @airtelindia @AirtelXtream @VittalGopal I raised my request to shift airtel black broadband ticket id 10155588558 on 25 march 2023 Yet no resolution done. I called 121 on 6 times ,No response yet received. I am regular user of airtel since 2004. Airtel disappointed 😞

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Instead of 5G, can we get atleast simple 2G network to use the basic feature of Network to call someone. I am in Delhi NCR and without WiFi i cant think of a simple call.
