Every ISP should provide customisable plans Means customer could self decide that how much daily data he need, how much calls or unlimited or how much messages for how much time And accordingly the software shows the price of the same. @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharged my no. for rs 149 as my earlier plan of Rs 399 was going to expire in next 4 days but instead of queing it up you guys have started it at Instant. I want my money back or increase the validity by 4 days. Please resolve this issue.
