@airtelindia Airtel broadband line not working from past 5 days complaint no. Is 10051831101 and 10052339697 . But nobody is bothered to take any action. Customer care talks only two line " i am sorry " and " i apologise" we will escalate the matter to technical team? Pathetic.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what kind of racket you are running? Despite plan change I was being billed at old plan for two months and issue not resolved even after more than 15 calls and couple of visits to Airtel centre. Your guys admit the fault is yours. Really shameful.
