@airtelindia False marketing. Make me sign up for a 6 month international roaming plan without telling me that there is no data. Reverse it and suggest an optimal solution. With this level of customer service, you will be out of business very soon.

@JunedKh54 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel team, please look into this and resolve.. Students are not able to study in this area for network issue. And some have switched to other network as it has been a year and no one helped from Airtel team in resolving this.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Provide us stable 4g network so that we can use it any time I have facing issue in 4g network coverage it often turns into 2g network will I pay for 2g network services? If you're not able to provide then tell us we will switch to another network.

@airtelindia There is no any sms pack under 129 to send messages. Airtel is forcing us to switch into other partners to @reliancejio . Why are you doing this with you customer even in this pandemic. I already made a recharge of Rs 10 after Rs 49 to send a single message
