  UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays?   @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet down since last Friday. Multiple complaints raised—each time promised resolution in 5–6 hrs, but still no fix. No engineer visits yet, and calls now disconnect saying “update ongoing.” This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve ASAP.

  @airtelindia feeling harassed since 5 days. I have bundled package with Airtel black. since 14June DTH not working, complaint no 656947079/656951683.No technician visit planned, no communication from senior executives. Pathetic customer care. Call center 121 ineffective.

  @airtelindia has the most shittiest app and the most pathetic customer support and even worse social media support. The app tell me to talk to customer care after looping at the same thing again n again. The customer care ivr says everything can be done on the app. Really?

  @airtelindia Customers face instant late fees for payment delays: but when companies deliver poor service, they pay no penalty at all. If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.
