Since I have data recharge of 12 gb and to check if the service may improve in next 15 day I have recharged a 20 day pack. But nothing hopeful. ThankGod We have procured @airtelindia dongle which help us fulfilling my net usage. No broadband support in these area. @reliancejio

@airtelindia Disappointed for being Airtel Black customer. Since reallocation is free none of them are ready to address and forcefully asking OTP to reschedule. While when I was not Airtel Black customer they came in an hour to reallocate. Ticket 121028417. No for Airtel Black

@airtelindia Very bad experience (ongoing) with Airtel black team. Raised a request for a plan change on 22nd Feb and have been calling for an update ever since. Got the run around every time, was promised a call back on every occasion and never did get one.

@airtelindia I have not seen this kind of worst service in other broadband. @HathwayBrdband and @JioFiberChennai is far far better than yours. Its already 15 days since I paid the amount for new connection but installation & activation not yet done.

@airtelindia @VittalGopal airtel has been such a shameless even after paying full bill, i am getting reminder calls, and when asked to concerned got the revert that there can be technical issue, is your technical issue my issue?

@airtelindia 5G of Airtel is not worth. When we switch to 5G, voice call quality goes for a toss. The Internet speeds are disappointing. Airtel's 4G and 4G+ is still way better. Jio's 5G speeds are amazing. However, call issues happen on Jio 5G too.
