  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews no wifi from yesterday. In cumulative, may be 24 hrs or more. service request 10987574389 auto created but engineer visit after 3 days. In the meantime, no relief. Relief sought: Pls refund pro rata, prvide unlimited data in airtel mobile

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India I emailed your Customer Care and Nodal Gurugram Officer on 06 Jul 2026 requesting permanent disconnection of my Airtel Xstream Fiber connection. The connection has not been in use for the last 2–3 months, as it was installed only for CCTV, which is no longer operational. Despite my written request, I have not received any acknowledgement, Service Request (SR) number, or response. Kindly: • Process the permanent disconnection immediately. • Ensure no future bills are generated after my disconnection request. • Clarify the status of the Airtel UPS device (return/refund/ownership). A grievance has also been submitted with the appropriate telecom authority. Please resolve this matter at the earliest.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Urgent! Airtel network is completely unavailable. In case of an emergency, I won't be able to make or receive calls. Please treat this as a priority and restore the network as soon as possible. Plz improve on priority #Airtel #NetworkIssue

  I recharge my Airtel prepaid connection with the ₹979 plan, but the network service in the Khalapur–Khopoli area is extremely poor. There is no network coverage at all in this area, making it impossible to use calls, mobile data, or other services. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia My issue remains unsolved still. I was supposed to get a qr code on my email and I don't understand why it cannot be shared. A simple task that has taken the entire day. My whole day has been wasted and my work has suffered. Are you going to compensate me for my losses?

  Airtel India not been able to use my wifi from last 2 days and without any contact the visit from the service agent delayed for another day. My request was deleted without any conversation. Is this a two way customer relationship? Pathetic experience overall @airtelindia

  @airtelindia i face network issue since two months many complain raised but issue not resolved yet. Kya yahi hai @true5G , @airtelnews inko jra bhi customer ka parbah nahi hai. Internet to fir bhi door ki baat hai normal voice call bhi nahi ho pati hai.
