    @airtelindia just ported to Airtel Postpaid, and now I think it was my biggest mistake. No incoming calls from other networks are connecting to my number. I'm just frustrated with Airtel after 1 day. I have complained over the phone, but it has not been resolved yet, for more than 7 hours now. This is my business number, and clients can't even reach me right now. No help, nothing!!

    This is really disappointing. I had requested for a resolution from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia yesterday and they asked me to DM them my details ... Which I did but still there is no response from their team and no updates as well.

    In Srikakulam, there is a village festival happens once in every 10 years. So they have cut down the Airtel Wifi wires, and I’ve been trying to register a complaint or trying to talk to an executive but I am unable to. Urgent help needed @airtelindia @airtelnews @airtelnews

    Dear @airtelindia @airtelnews ,if this is the level of service you’re going to provide, it would honestly be better to stop selling SIMs altogether. One complaint hasn’t been resolved for 3 months straight. This is not service, it’s negligence.

    If you’re thinking of getting @airtelindia WiFi, DON’T. I’ve been struggling for 72 hours without a connection. They have no service personnel available and their support team is useless. Total waste of money and time. 😡 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
