Req 31-1000014292419 13/6 still pending… nobody has visited to check faulty router . so I have requested cancellation of services 31-1000014344291 15/june so now sit back and rest on your chair .. sorry for being with you

    No response from @reliancejio and @JioCare even after 12 days regarding my issue. Seems you no longer value us as customers. Time to switch to @airtelindia AirFiber, please let me know the availability of AirFiber in my area and guide me through the installation process.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Paid for broadband installation on 9 June and still waiting. No technician visit, no clear update, and repeated assurances without resolution. Please escalate this issue and complete the installation at the earliest.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst customer support. One of the biggest service provider in India but very poor customer support. 1. Waiting for plan upgrade for 3 days 2. When I call 198 and want to select WiFi option 2 but why you are forcing me to listen all options.

    @JioCare No resolution yet. The jio cenrre prpmised new connection yesterday. No one came. Now he is telling that he cant come today also. And old device which i surrendered, the credit note is not reflecting in app. If not possible o request you to cancel and i can move to @airtelindia

    Stuck in an endless loop with @airtelindia Xstream. Paid 3 days ago. Technicians visit daily just to leave without installing due to "technical issues." Customer care is useless and refusing to cancel/refund. @Airtel_Presence fix this or refund me! #AirtelDown #CustomerService
