@airtelindia customer sucks bigtime. Too much virtual assistance, cant reach cust care ppl, no proper chat option..even IVR options dont work.. I have shifted my entire relationship to @reliancejio atleast there reaching out service guys is easy

@airtelindia @TRAI Thank you for contacting us.The Service Req. No.for your Airtel No. 738037XXX is CQUKI3DEL20210811383288,registered on 11-aug-2021 10:32.We will update you the status by 20-AUG-21. THEY GIVE ME 4TH DATE AND STILL PROBLEM IS THE SAME AND THEY ARE CHARGING MONEY.
