@Airtel_Presence Wonderful customer service @airtelindia! To close the ticket, you don't need to resolve the issue. Just close the ticket after 15 days without giving the option to re-open. When customer calls again, raise afresh ticket &the cycle continues #AirtelBlack #airtel
@airtelindia I'm facing lot of issues with airtel broadband be in #Pune or #Ajmer. On 5 GHz connection working well generally but for 2.4 GHz it's pathetic as for a week or two it works well but later on does not. Every other day my work is suffering. May I know the reason?
