  @gharkekalesh @airtelindia Worst service..i had faced the same issue for almost 8 months every 10 days network will go off..so I fought for 1.5 months then they switched to air fiber.. pathetic services!!

  I using your @airtelindia internet for the past 2 years,internet keeps coming and going. I raised a complaint today and got a message saying an engineer will come by 7 PM tomorrow. if you send someone tomorrow, who will compensate me for the loss I suffer during this time? 24x7 ?

  @airtelindia, I have been using 5g unlimited data plan on my phone. The phone is 5g and the network is 5g but the data is getting consumed from my given daily data quota. This is my 3rd time reporting this issue. It gets fixed for a while and goes back to the same. Fix the ASAP.

  @airtel_payments @airtelindia via chat and Twitter, yet Airtel keeps closing complaints without solving the issue. How can a complaint be marked "Resolved" when the customer's money is still missing?

  @airtelindia @airtelcare So even for Airtel Black customers, there’s no human available on 121 to talk!!?? I filed a complaint and it said I can track on Airtel Thanks app. it’s neither visible there, nor is there any IVR option to speak to customer service representative!!

  Hey @airtelindia your Support for Wifi used to be awesome. What happened? The in-app experience is a maze. Do you know you can't raise a ticket? And if you think you did, it's not listed? What a huge disappointment.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Raised request on June 10. 72+ hours later, still waiting. Customer care either has no answers or disconnects calls. Airtel’s service has been a complete disaster.

  The worst fiber connection provider is @airtelindia Wifi down for the last one week, two days back it's restored and given the otp, after few hours again the connection disconnected. chatbot replies with the same message every time. SR - 11032456159
