    @airtelindia all of sudden has barred my outgoing without any reason , this is the third time I am being forced by Airtel to change my sim . @airtelindia worst service provider ever … if this is the way u are treating ur genuine customers then how would u retain them

    ad experience with @ACTFibernet . After my plan expired, they did not give me the option to change Plan. I had to call CC and request a change, and it took almost 72 hrs for them to change. I will switch to @reliancejio or @airtelindia after this month poor service from ACT.

    Worst possible Cx from the Jio fiber. In last 3 day I have made more than 20 calls to 10 different individual and my Jio fiber setup is still pending. @JioCare I request you to please cancel my booking and proces the refund. @airtelindia please tell your sales team to contact me

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , I'm living with 2G speed in present days, since last three days, whereas I paid for 4G network, for which I'm getting services. If there's any issues in the system, does it take 3 days to resolve? Which is by the way still at not solved.
