    @airtelindia what is the point of sending sms to a customer to stop auto renewal of Prime membership when the unsubscribe link takes you to Airtel app and one can't find the option to unsubscribe. And now I get an sms that it has been auto renewed

    @showmedamani @airtelindia Kindly recall ARPU 2016 ₹180 to 200. Even now it's below 150 _160 even though customer paying capacity and consuming more data and voice call
