    @airtelindia is not a company, they have a joke of a customer service. My office's internet has been down for 5 days. Waiting for them since Friday 8:30 pm when the technicians were first supposed to show up. Have called them 10 times since the morning.

    Why @reliancejio network very slow in my area all the time. Now, they don't provide any quality service to their customers in rural and urban areas. Used jio network from the beginning, but if this continues, Time to switch back @airtelindia . No big difference in recharge plans

    @airtelindia Hello Team.. I am facing an issue with airtel service from past 10 days over the ticket raised for upgradation the connection to fibre. Could you please look into the matter. The ticket was raised on 22 june and till today no one has visited my home. Thanks

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI Voice call is completely stopped now. No Incoming/Outgoing. Also, Airtel has become a data guzzler. Not good service at all. Thinking of switching back to old provider.

    @airtelindia , given the recent emaisl I'm getting from you, you've got the worst #customerservice I've ever, ever encountered by far. It's just beyond atrocious. Just ... PATHETIC the way they just IGNORE what customers say to them! @airtel

    @airtelindia @WynkMusic Worst service by airtel from 2months. Airtel internet not working or very slow . Every time my services closed . Yesterday my payment stuck due to connectivity issue . . Thanks for your service next month I will port my airtelsim ( 7year old customer disappointed ) to jio.

    So finally after months of complaints I am happy to port out all our numbers from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence to @JioCare Jio message me and I will give you the number to port out one by one . Airtel sucks and their bloody useless team

    @airtelindia, @Airtel_Presence, opted for Airtel black with 3 mobile no portability. Till now, nothing has happened and your service people not taking calls. Did I make mistake of opting with Airtel? Will wait today and go back to my old network for sure.
