  My Airtel broadband @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has not been working since September 22. A complaint has been raised. An engineer has been assigned but no one has visited. टिप टिप बरसा पानी ...but everyone is going out on jobs. Then why @Airtel_Presence does not care?

  @airtelindia The service request no.71639395 for Airtel Digital TV ID [DTH Service Request. Account Number] is resolved. Without resolving the issue closed the complaint. Very poor and pathetic service...rather fraudulent act.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My complaint no. 71428429 dated 21 Sept. is still unattended and we are unable to watch TV channels. Your executive everyday makes false promises to visit. Either he is not trained to resolve issues or is super busy. Please resolve this asap.

  @airtelindia I’ve been airtel customer for than 8 yrs, and never faced any issue. Now I applied for the esim. My physical sim is disconnected and I didn’t received QR code for the esim. I complain this to airtel customer care, and they replied we can’t do anything in this.
