    @airtelindia i karun kumar in my area we are facing network problem for last 30 days not be able to make calls use internet only low signal we complain almost everyday to customer care but no response at my place we have 200 airtel connections every one is facing the same issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Few weeks before, I was travelling to a different state and returning chennai. At that time sim went emergency call status. Yesterday same thing happened to my wife number. You guys need to wake up on customer service and experience process.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was roaming to all Airtel stores nearby on Sunday.. Later on Monday stores opened and told, that they also need one day leave. Your IVR options really sucks. It's like listening to non stop nonsense. Nothing there to help.
