    Been with @airtelindia for years of loyalty having availed all the offerings with 5 postpaid connections, DTH, payment bank, and placed request for Broadband and Xtreme Box too. Been awful experience of dishonoured promises. Cancelled the broadband and porting out my family.

    @airtelindia I replaced my SIM card due to network problem in my previous sim at AMARIBAZAR Airtel dealer, Tehsil: Harraiya,Dist: Basti, PINCODE:272155, He charged me ₹120.00 Now when my new sim got activated I received an SMS that the charge is ₹25 (Maximum).Why it is so.

    @airtelindia As a customer I am fed up with the service calls from ur customer care. I am getting daily 2 times a call about dth recharge which is disturbing us a lot. Even during this pandemic time, dont you people have any sense? If it happens again I will complaint in TRAI.

    Its now 16 days, but my plan has not been downgraded. They dont even have courtesy to talk to me. Everytime I contact them a stupid auto generared mail is delivered to me. Shame on you @airtelindia. You are cheating ppl like me.
