Hello @airtelindia, hope so you all are good in health. I have some issues in internet it's too slow like 2G I know currently you are dealing with 4G and + can fix the issue my current location.

@airtelindia Worst network..I have been facing network issues on airtel network, even after having full signal on the device, am unable to use mobile data which is very slow just like 2G speed and also on call not able to hear voice.

Went to the Vile Parle East Airtel store to get my sim card replaced, the staff is extremely rude, disinterested and were of no help. So disappointed with the pathetic customer service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

I also find it difficult to understand that @airtelindia is unable to comprehend the never ending delay to setup the infrastructure to provide broadband to a user who’s been requesting for the connection from past 3 years.
