    Hello @airtelindia, hope so you all are good in health. I have some issues in internet it's too slow like 2G I know currently you are dealing with 4G and + can fix the issue my current location.

    @BSNL_CG_Circle @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please check your internet connectivity at my location. It's worse experience whenever I am at this location. Despite of various complaints still this area is very backward in terms of internet connectivity. Please help.

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress My airtel number 9070680001 is a postpaid customer and when I am trying to call a customer care number it connects to prepaid customer service and when they transfer a call to postpaid, again prepaid ivr comes and while selecting it goes to prepaid customer care...

    Extremely poor experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Booked Wi-Fi, cancelled before installation, but money not refunded. Sales executive Manik Singha (+919851524190) was very rude and unhelpful. Kindly refund my money and take strict action

    Airtel internet is not working. Raised a complaint. CAGPS3BLR20260802049264 dated 02-aug-2026 13:13 for your Airtel number 7483993223. You will receive an update for this ticket by 18-AUG-26. Perfect example of how Airtel works @airtelindia shame on you. Do you need 16 days?

    @TRAI @airtelindia at age of 5G, airtel is unable to provide 2g connectivity in Mumbai. Frequent network issues, voice quality & Internet speed on mumbai harbour line.
