@BSNL_CG_Circle @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please check your internet connectivity at my location. It's worse experience whenever I am at this location. Despite of various complaints still this area is very backward in terms of internet connectivity. Please help.

Hello @airtelindia, hope so you all are good in health. I have some issues in internet it's too slow like 2G I know currently you are dealing with 4G and + can fix the issue my current location.

My father lost his patience and reached the engineer to check his availability. He answered - I have visited the spot and went. It will take 2 more days. No formal communication or information to customer. This is completely unacceptable @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia I recharged my no. but acc to the confirmation msg,recharge was done on different no. of Rs.455 on 13-12-22. Also not showing on my trans history. I tried to connect with cust care but they weren't willing to help and drop the call. airtel thanks app is full of bugs.
