    @BSNL_CG_Circle @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please check your internet connectivity at my location. It's worse experience whenever I am at this location. Despite of various complaints still this area is very backward in terms of internet connectivity. Please help.

    Hello @airtelindia, hope so you all are good in health. I have some issues in internet it's too slow like 2G I know currently you are dealing with 4G and + can fix the issue my current location.

    Wi-Fi has been down since 4:00 PM yesterday at B-69, Sector 2, Noida, and our work has been severely impacted. What's more disappointing is that none of your customer support executives are responding or providing any update. This level of service is unacceptable. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia they will call back once the server was active. I waited for the call till 4.30 pm and visited the store again. The issue was still the same Server is down. They instead asked me visit a private shop near BSNL office to get my issue resolved. The team there is not at all

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I demand Airtel: Restore the connection immediately. Activate the ₹1729 quarterly plan correctly. Extend the validity for every day the service remained unusable. Explain why customer care provided incorrect information. Explain why my earlier complaints were never registered.

    Is it me or the @airtelindia internet is not at all working in NCR region? Facing the same issue with Airtel Wifi as well. Not getting the promised speed. Looks like it’s time to change. Any recommendations?

    Dear @airtelindia, It’s unfortunate that consumers often have to turn to social media just to get issues resolved. Recently, my elderly parents accidentally clicked on not subscribed channels via remote while scrolling them, and the amount was deducted instantly without any OTP or confirmation. When I contacted customer care, they refused to register a complaint and stated that a double-confirmation feature has only been introduced now, effectively dismissing past grievances. I stopped using Airtel in 2017 due to similar service issues, and it seems little has changed. With the Jio-Airtel duopoly, consumers increasingly feel cheated and overcharged. Will pay my bill except this unfair charges.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The ₹219 refund was processed. Later I tried claiming the Netflix benefit included with the ₹1729 plan. It never worked. I called customer care and was told it was just a "technical issue" and to wait.
