  @TRAI Everytime. @airtelindia in my phone showing 5g but data balance deducted by 4g , 2.5gb per day data . Wroste ever service I experienced.

  @airtelindia For your information. 1. He didn't call he was trying to fix the issue. 2. He never checked my device. 3. Just fixed something in poll, and then scrammed. 4. Still my wifi is not working. And still he aint picking up calls. Refund now. Airtel. And clise the account

  Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia support. After a 7-minute wait, agent Rafat refused to log my complaint, claimed the line was too busy, and told me to just fix it myself via the Airtel Thanks App. Is this how you treat customers?
