    @BSNL_CG_Circle @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please check your internet connectivity at my location. It's worse experience whenever I am at this location. Despite of various complaints still this area is very backward in terms of internet connectivity. Please help.

    @Airtel_Presence Hello Airtel, Why your customer care guys lies to customers ? I want to stop my fiber connection and get back my refund of Rs 1722.19. But they are not willing to stop or nor willing to give me refund? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    You go for change of defective Sim @airtelindia store. They charge you Rs 50. Only mode of payment is cash. No receipt is also issued. Why is it so. Is SIM change accounted in cash only by company ? @AshwiniVaishnaw @nsitharaman I have no experience with other service providers

    @airtelindia @airtelindia And have only Sunday off. That time he only have option to port the sim. I also have no option. It always better to choose operator who have service centre in your city and who gave service all days.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Ticket No 10165847869 raised on 21/04/2023 but it is still on hold. Why you run a Broadband service when you can't provide service on time? Works are getting affected but your team is completely unresponsive.

    Worst service from @airtelindia, taking user for granted. If this is the way you treat your customers I'm gonna port my connection to @reliancejio Fiber.
