Hello @airtelindia, hope so you all are good in health. I have some issues in internet it's too slow like 2G I know currently you are dealing with 4G and + can fix the issue my current location.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’ve been airtel customer for than 8 yrs, and never faced any issue. Now I applied for the esim. My sim is not working and I didn’t received QR code for the esim. I complain this to airtel customer care, and they replied we can’t do anything in this.

@airtelindia I'm living in Bhopal. But the broadband at home in jabalpur is not working. I lodged a complaint and gave my mother's number as alternate number. But nobody has contacted to ask about the issue. Please look into it.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve AMF-311WW Data card which I’ve purchased from @Flipkart and now the device is having charging issues. Airtel care Ratnagiri claiming there is no Warranty on The device so we can’t help but on the website showing 1 yrs manufacturer warranty
