@BSNL_CG_Circle @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please check your internet connectivity at my location. It's worse experience whenever I am at this location. Despite of various complaints still this area is very backward in terms of internet connectivity. Please help.

@Being_Humor @airtelindia If those assoles give you 3G speed then consider you are blessed ... I gave a complaint for bad signal reception 2 years ago ... and I will not pay the bill (accumulated to 4 months ) if the problem is not rectified they preferred to let go off the amount ...

@airtelindia my wifi has been down since morning, I got a text at 4 that the services have resumed but my internet is still not working. When I contacted your customer care, they said someone would call tomorrow at 10 in the morning.

@airtelindia 5G see how badly your Pune, Mohammad wadi staff is handling customer...no signal for days msg... on the screen bill not paid which was not the case.. technician will 40 questions...call comes to ask 4 digit code....then message comes problem solved..

@JioCare Your response after 2 days on the issue denotes how much level of customer support you can give. Meanwhile I have got the new postpaid connection from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia so it doesn't matters much. Thank you anyways for the help.

@airtelindia Why there is no 5g network available iin Mumbai even when in handset it shows 5g software updates & Device compatible. Please share in which areas of Mumbai Airtel has rolled out 5g services. Customer care people don't know anything about this.

@airtelindia Dear airtel, i have recharged my wifi for one month and total amount i paid is 880 rs, if i am facing any internet issue that too for more than 1 hour shouldn't you be responsible for the per hour amount i am losing as the fault is from your side.

@airtelindia I think you need to first check your customer service.keep on recieiving unwanted bills that too after sending multiple reminders to disconnect the service. Have even escalated to Nodal Officer but no use as he just used the predefined email template and keep on sending it.
