    @airtelindia Please note that I opted for bundled services for my family plan, phone, WiFi and IPTV, your store person made a mistake and logged for DTH services which I never requested, this issues is going on since 25th April,26, paid 2000 INR, yet not resolved, Pl do needful.

    @airtelindia To The Airtel Network Team Subject: Request to Complete Airtel Tower Installation and Enable 5G Network Services Respected Sir/Madam, We are happy to inform you that an Airtel tower has been installed in our village, Hathyadka, Karnataka. The people of our village are very thankful to Airtel for taking this initiative to improve communication facilities in our area. However, the tower installation work appears to be incomplete, and the network services have not yet been activated. Due to the lack of proper mobile network and internet connectivity, the residents are facing difficulties in communication and online services. Therefore, we kindly request you to complete the remaining installation procedures and activate the network services as soon as possible. We also request you to consider installing and enabling 5G equipment and services instead of 4G, which would greatly benefit the villagers with faster and better connectivity for future needs. We hope Airtel will take necessary action at the earliest and provide uninterrupted network coverage to our village. Thanking you.     @airtelindia My WiFi has been down since yesterday. Complaint raised, but technician visit is only on 12th May. Still being charged despite no internet access. Airtel Black promises priority support, but there’s no real action on the ground.
