@airtelindia Changed my Airtel no from postpaid to prepaid yesterday morning.Since then there is no network. Postpaid CC say it’s converted to prepaid and Prepaid CC say they haven’t received the details. I visited an Airtel gallery;staff has raised a request but no update yet.

What is pathetic service my airtel .I raised complaint on 4th Feb they will assign engineer visit on 7th Feb.What will people do 3 days? Will you waive off 3 days charges.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Literally, they are cheating and taking customer for granted.
