Hey @airtelindia I am using mi lite NE 5g mobile and m currently in Nagpur city in which you have launched 5g plus service in your statement. I roam around half of the city and I didn’t get any 5g or 5 g plus network. R u sure that 5G services have been launched in Nagpur ????

@airtelindia and still not start the service than again today I called to customer service and again he said your international roaming in not active why why why you guys said to me yesterday and taking 4 hours and still not active the service this is very bad service.

@airtelindia Never ever ever ever ever ever ever change Airtel because we are leaving in villages,so we have to get slow speed, Name 4G but Airtel provide 2G speed, only call the customer care and complain,i am asking Airtel how many times can we complain about network issue, then Airtel fix

@airtelindia We are loss our money to recharge our mobile number, because net speed is too slow ,not only my number,in my area everyone facing super duper network problem in Airtel, thanks to BSNL broadband now no need to recharge too much extra,just now i recharge 455 only voice no data
