    @airtelindia I lost my network . without making any change in sim confirmation.when I asked for the reason app asked me to connect with near by retailer. Now retailer is asking me for money while he is not ready to provide me bills

    @airtelindia This is just to highlight the worst customer service that I am getting from your team. My broadband connection has been down since the last 40 hrs the technical team member visited my place and informed me that, need to change my cable & since last 24hrs no has come.

    Hi @airtelindia , there is no network at all in my area since last 3 hours, everyone is facing issue. Not able to call anyone or even customer care to register complaint. Are you working on to fix this? @airtelnews

    Hello @airtelindia . I recharged my number with a talktime balance but I am unable to place call. The 121 customer takes too long to come to the option of customer care specialist and that too I am not able to connect. This is a very bad hectic experience of each time.
