@airtelindia recently got my connection shifted on 27 feb, since then my internet is not working, no resolution from field engineers as well as customer support team, i am flabbergasted you customer support team is struggling to even raise my complaint.

Close your customer support office @airtelindia if you are not able to resolve the broadband issues Broadband issue: 1. Not working since brought plan 2. Not refunding money 3. Called @airtel_care 10 times, had to explain every time what is issue.

@airtelindia frustrate with your service.. in heart of patna city..you do not have indoor network at boring road even no tower on top floor near to high court. Store managers are quoting 5G network upgradation issue. Seems your network is only meant for advertisement.
