Every week a complaint needs to be lodged for call drops, muted calls, poor 5G and erratic wifi. All they provide is resolution of the complaint after a few days only the same issues to recur.

If you're restricting someone's service: Tell them the recorded usage. Explain the policy clearly. Give a consistent answer. That shouldn't be too much to ask.

Instead, I've received repeated apologies and new service requests, but no actual resolution.
