  @airtelindia Why is ur customer service so bad?You made us travel back n forth 200kms thrice for a sim swap. Your sims get damaged often for no reason and to get a new sim, we have to go to that particular circle(other state)

  @airtelindia Inspite of repeated calls, reminder & lots of efforts, Airtel is not opting for optical fiber in Rose app, sec 14 extn rohiNi delhi. All near by society's cable have been changed. Airtel is loosing customer to JIO due to poor network and services. Jeetendra9891598820

  Jio service is so peculiar to understand! We recharge our number and they don't show it, then @JioCare fails to acknowledge even when we give proof on their WhatsApp support. Would rather like to switch, already @airtelindia is showing good indicators for the purpose. 🤔

  I recharged my Airtel broadband on Saturday and it's still not working. I called @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia guys they're saying, we can see your payment but it's struck somewhere. I asked him where?? He said somewhere. Can someone tell me where.

  @airtelindia most pathetic and third rate service ,I went to your store at sector 50 noida for a sim swap today,provided my identification docs,received an alert from u guys mentioning that I need to visit again to submit docs again.ur call centre guy was most uncooperative.

  @airtelbank Please don't use #Airtelpaymentsbank for any transactions....It's a fraud they are doing... pathetic Customer care and just taking and not delivering ordered things even after a month..Please have a look..@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's a Scam they are running in 2021..
