The call centre first said it will be resolved by 7:24am. Later they said by 10:24 am and subsequently by 1:24pm . They are not registering a complaint. Kindly resolve.

When I am facing a network issue you want me to call to customer care number which takes like 10 minutes to reach the executive then he tells everything is fine it's your mobile handset problem.
