    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India this is really not the service we expect. Even after raising it 2 weeks my amount is not refunded and recharge not cancelled.

    @airtelindia facing a lot of issue in net connectivity ay Besa chowk Nagpur. Kindly look into the matter. I have ported out from Vodafone to Airtel with 3 numbers and I cannot afford this migration with such connectivity.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia just now i got a call from Himanshu Shende Sir from Nagpur, Hi give me a Satisfactory Resolution over the call...And he give me promises to get it fixed by tomorrow. Please appreciate him from your end.Coz he only the person concerned me.

    @Idea Your network sucks!! Couldn’t finish a single call without interruption and I’m using hotspot with @airtelindia to use internet in my phone. Shame on you @Idea

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , in the #myairtel app I tried filling in the details for #porting a number ( as it's being advertised that there would be a home pickup/delivery) but my location is said to be not serviceable ! Why then advertise that there's a service everywhere ?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst experience of 38.04 KB on 4G network and do you know what, calling on 121 and Postpaid customer care no. i.e., 9890012345 is useless. Why do I need to listen all announcements.

    @airtelindia pathetic, useless network. When I was postpaid customer everything was good but few days back I became prepaid customer and Airtel starts to show its true colour. Not acceptable at all. Worst network.

    @airtelindia i have installed broadband on 5th of Sep withing 10 days there is two breakdown and no customer care 121 or service request no- 10080446721 is trying to resolved app don't have permission to provide the inputs request is not resolved

    @airtelindia are you freaking out of your mind or what. When I am facing a network issue you want me to call to customer care number which takes like 10 minutes to reach the executive then he tells everything is fine it's your mobile handset problem. Bravo 👏 this is the solution

    @airtelindia has created a nice closed system where there is no way to contact to a customer care rep. The app chat & customer care number throw out a 'outage in your area' message & automatically shut any further communication. There is no local contact to resolve issues

    @airtelindia I did a complaint on airtel services regarding DTH box issue on 21 Mayand the service engineer scheduled on 22 May at 3PM later ur airtel customer care called me and told that service engineer will call u plz share ur OTP now later they rescheduled it to 24 may ?

    @airtelindia why are your wifi services always down ? We are paying for a monthly package and if it's down you should deduct the downtime amount , but yeah I know you have to print out a bill which costs half , because it's down most of the day, time to switch to @reliancejio

    @airtelindia Been a long-time customer and honestly, the service has been great overall. But help me understand one thing — why does the SIM app still auto-load on the phone when one can download a fully functional Airtel app? Feels a bit unnecessary and weird in 2026.

    @airtelindia I am unable to use the internet for the last 5–6 days. Despite raising multiple requests and follow-ups, I have not received any proper response from Airtel support. This level of service is extremely disappointing, and I am not happy with the experience anymore.

    @airtelindia Poor service by airtel.fraud company. I had booked IPTV connection 20 days back after paying full amount in advance but till now neither getting connection nor refund.
