    @airtelindia no internet service since the last 24 hrs for Dsl id 071213086184_dsl. The call centre first said it will be resolved by 7:24am. Later they said by 10:24 am and subsequently by 1:24pm . They are not registering a complaint. Kindly resolve.

    @FibreAirtel I got a connection on 2nd jan of Airtel XStreme fiber. Firstly it took 2 days to get the internet working. Now after 7 days it's down. I raised a service request it says engineer will reach to you tomorrow. I am doing WFH. What shall I say to my Manager @airtelindia

    @airtelindia what you promised and what we get ? I already complaint about network issue and internet speed but no one taking it seriously, i along with my all family numbers finally decided to port all our Airtel numbers to other.

    @airtelindia i am using Airtel 4g hotspot postpaid connection. Few days back by data balance suddenly reduced to 27 GB from 47 GB in a day that too with limted usage. I tried calling customer care but could not connect. This is crucial as I am working from home. Pleas resolve

    @airtelindia is customer care is the worst. Had to select various options and wait 20 minutes to reach them. Then, the background noise at their end was unbearable. The worst part is the query was not resolved.
