@airtelindia pathetic, useless network. When I was postpaid customer everything was good but few days back I became prepaid customer and Airtel starts to show its true colour. Not acceptable at all. Worst network.

Hi @airtelindia, my wife has issues with SIM, SIM is in my name. She visits Airtel shop, asked for verification doc (I understand, I m not in town), & told it will take 5-7days (RIDICULOUS) for replacement. I can't put online replacement request.
