Instead of deducting this first you guys deduct from normal pack which has 1 year validity. Its a loss to customer. Its not customer friendly

Aditya Raj (@Raj_Aditya7) reported@HBhagwathi @airtelindia Are you an Airtel fibre user or SIM. Airtel fibre has a lot of issues, Jio will give you better connectivity but the problem with jio is that their wired fibre is not everywhere and their network has generally high latency.
