    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi airtel , your services sucks in my village. Very poor network , no internet , voice quality is worst that you can't talk. Resolve this ASAP, otherwise I have to port. Sharing location in DM.

    @airtelindia Subject: Complaint for very low internet speed on 40 Mbps plan I have an Airtel Xstream Fiber 40 Mbps plan, but I am repeatedly getting very poor internet speed. At the time of testing, my download speed was only 2.14 Mbps, which is far below the promised speed.

    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is no reply here even after such poor service, will the problem be resolved or not? It would be better if you get Jio Airfiber installed, at least the technician's number comes up after complaining, nothing like this is happening here.

    I have been trying to cancel Airtel perplexity plan from last 24 hours, but not able to. What an absolute sham @airtelindia @perplexity_ai Govt of India @pmo should put 1000 crore on them - because they are scamming us.

    @namratakothari @airtelindia Yup absolutely useless chat bot conversation in app. Also first SMS comes giving complaint number. Next SMS comes complaint resolved. The Customer Service needs major overhaul. Complaint such as “No Network” gets an automated response of Resolved the next day.
