    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi airtel , your services sucks in my village. Very poor network , no internet , voice quality is worst that you can't talk. Resolve this ASAP, otherwise I have to port. Sharing location in DM.

    @airtelindia no internet since 7pm yesterday at my apartment. Can't raise complaint from your app and the guy who installed the connection doesn't seem to care. Such a long downtime is not acceptable. What should we do? - move to ACT?

    @airtelindia is the worst. Its Nonsense AI cannot solve the issue & connecting to the customer care is itself a huge task. Without any info, they hv disabled calls & net with valid recharge till 31/12 in the name of KYC. How my aged parents can visit their store for KYC!!!
