    @airtelindia Requested broadband shifting, but technician disconnected my existing line and left the work incomplete due to Airtel port/power issue. Promised team visit never happened. Multiple support calls = only callback promises, no resolution. Reg No: 7644082410

    @airtelindia I'm really disappointed with the services! Made a recharge request 22h ago, payment successful yet the recharge is still processing. And we cannot even talk to the customer care executive? This is not the type of service we pay for, fix my issue ASAP.

    @airtelindia dearest airtel, I have been complaining about my internet connection since April of 2026 to a point where I stop recharging for 2 months. Which resulted in 1) I was offered 15 days extra with my 1 Month recharge, which did not happen. Even after issue was raised

    @airtelindia It's been over a week since I requested to shift my Wi-Fi via the Airtel Thanks app. Despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven't received any proper response or resolution. Please resolve this at the earliest.
