    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My broadband disconnect quiet often and is still disconnected and so as ur service has degraded. If my open complaint is not resolved soon then pls disconnect my connection.

    @HonestOpinionV @airtelindia the moment i have placed it here, team has now become super active and called me to know more. which indicates clearly teams work reactively. if they continue to do like this, Airtel will surely lose customer base over time. Quality and consistency are matter. Disappointing
