    @airtelindia Airtel is a thief company that knows how to take money, does not give facilities to the customer, the network in our home town is very bad, complained a lot but no effort to correct the network of Diviyapur city, AIRTEL is not responding to the complaint one year.

    Dear @airtelindia As u claimed that u r the India's fastest internet provider? Bt it is nt true on ground level The people in my locality facing d connectivity issues like call connecting , network problem nd the most important very slow internet speed. Plz pay attention on it.

    I think it’s high time I disconnect the Airtel DTH connection as I’m unable to use it for past 15 days and the invoice being generated for those days. Such a horrible experience with @airtelindia even after the escalation here.

    Switched from Jio to @airtelindia for better coverage. Terrible onboarding. ❌ eSIM in the Thanks app doesn’t work. ❌ Store didn’t register my email. ❌ “24×7 support” is just a chatbot. ❌ Needed talktime just to contact customer care. ❌ Call got disconnected. Thread 🧵👇

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How does a company collect its own equipment and then behave as if the customer is responsible for its internal failure? Your silence, lack of accountability and complete absence of ownership are unacceptable. I have preserved the relevant records and CDR evidence.
