@airtelindia every alternate day there is an internet outage and they are not ready to raise ticket as they want to reach 0 tkt, when I talked with customer care they said you can switch to other network, we should not trust @airtelindia for office work. Shame

@Airtel_Presence My major concern was the price hike! I agree that #Vi and #Jio also rised the priced. But @airtelindia announced it first and started the rise in remaining networks as well. I moved to #BSNL. No 4G, but mobile data is not a problem for as am working from home, I can use broadband

@jeevi2014 @airtelindia @kavinbm This is normal ..their tat for resolution is may be 100 as i have sent 65 reminders for fraudulent porting and activation of plan not opted by me and now they are begging fir outstanding of the cheated plan activated without my permission.

Pathetic service by Airtel fibre in Jammu. The service has been down since yesterday and no resolution has been provided yet. They just keep texting the deadline for solution which they advance every two hours. Worst ISP in the region. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have internet issue that raised to customer support, got reply "expexct an update by 29-DEC-21" Cannection isn't working at all and should I waite for 10 days, will you payback the amount recharge of 10 days? Then why shall I wait for 10 days?
