@airtelindia I think everyone’s hard earned money is been easily swindled here..My airtel broadband is not working for the last 2 months ..I went to the airtel store and made a complaint …They said are unable to deactivate the connection. Since my broadband mobile is linked. What a joke

Pathetic customer service and IVR @airtelindia. customer service is incredibly painful. For 5 days trying change my plan from 100mbps to 200mbps. No clue yet when it will be done. Already paid for 6 months for 200mbps plan 3+ day ago. Shame on you @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
