    @airtelindia Network is not good since last 1 week. Not getting in touch with any person properly. I am warning airtel. I will get the 500 number ported to my company in jio together.The area where the network problem is the most.There is a pin code there. 301705

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Broadband is down again in Nerul, Navi Mumbai since this morning. In the last 15 days, Airtel Black has been out for at least 8 days. Service number: 10101012134180 This is becoming a daily nightmare.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews This is unacceptable. Your engineer marked shifting NOT FEASIBLE, yet neither service nor allowing disconnection.Fiber works in other towers in the same society just meters away, why not here? Either activate OR disconnect &stop billing.

    Worst decision ever - switching from Airtel to Jio. Network quality @JioCare is terrible and now I’m stuck for 90 days before I can port again. Huge regret. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’m coming back as soon as I can.

    @ACTFibernet No internet from 3.30 pm yesterday, got a message that it will be resolved between 9am- 1 pm till now issue not resolved, disgusting customer support and service, you are forcing customers like us to port to some other service providers like @airtelindia, @HathwayBrdband etc

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have escalated multiple times regarding wifi local device connectivity issue yet to resolution. Tickets raised and closed without proper resolution. Please check

    I've been trying to close a "Shifting Wifi" ticket with @airtelindia since 4 days now and they've purposefully been stalling me. After 7 calls to them I've lost hope in their on call support and want help of their social media support in this regard ASAP!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Timeline keeps changing (10 PM → 4 PM → again 10 PM) but broadband still not working (Complaint: 11029377156). Very poor service and false commitments. Please resolve by 10 PM without fail or I will escalate to consumer forum. Jaipur
