@airtelindia Why your customer service execs in store saying Portability from VI postpaid to Airtel is not possible and they are saying only Postpaid to Postpaid is possible. When I challenged I ported 2 nos from Postpaid to prepaid they are asking in which store I did?.

Dear @TRAI please ask @Airtel_Presence to refund my money as no service in my area. Also I have lodged complaint many times no action taken yet. @airtelindia thinks they are the only in the market and aren't taking any action. I need my money back for the service I didn't get.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Why are you not allowing me to disconnect my internet connection? Initialised disconnection request on 14th Sept and tickets gets closed automatically. I have moved to a new place and your services are not here. Please help.
