@Airtel_Presence This was never informed. So i am closing all my account with Airtel. Refund me the extra charges charged and also the advance I paid. Convert all my numbers to prepaid enabling me for #MNP . Wasting money for 2G speed and ever increasing plans. @airtelindia @VittalGopal

The I’m tweeting this because whenever i call at 121 there no option in the ivr about talking to any support agent, and seriously now its getting very irritating for me, the worst support ever. No responsibility to the customers @airtelindia
