    @Santosh26704654 @airtelindia They don't know why the SIMs are not working. On the other networks , I never faced this type of problem.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India Since Saturday 29.05.2021 activation of my SIM is under process. Airtel is unable to complete the activation till now. Is it too difficult to activate the SIM! Decided not to support . Airtel ... Please tell.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In my area. Airtel signal is very dull. It's almost in between 250-700KBPS. And I can't send a message through WhatsApp immediately. It takes 2 seconds time. I hope, you understand my problem and solve it by installing a new tower in our area

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In my area, Airtel 4g signal is to low. Just in between 350-400Kbs net speed. I have recharged it with Airtel Thanks offer. But network is very low. Not able to send a message, fast. Hope you understand and develop a network tower in my area.509301

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i can receive messages. But I can't sed messages through airtel network. If u are largest fastest network in the world. Call me immediately. Solve my problem.

    @arjunca1110 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Same answer for me also. Only Airtel SIM is stopped working. I have not experienced this type problem never before. I am unable to get the services Since 20 May. Airtel is cool enough to post copy n paste messages to my posts on Twitter and mail.

    @airtelindia i have recharged one airtel number through airtel thanks app. After 5 days of recharge outgoing calls and data services are disabled suddenly. I have contacted with airtel customer care so many times but I got no results.They are saying wait wait we are resolving .

    @airtelindia dear @airtelindia. i had been recharged with rs.698 since 9/06/2021 but my recharge got failed i had called many times to your customer care. but no action has been taken from your customers.... Now what should we do .... Can you tell me pls... Hope you response

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Since 14 years have been using the same number. Never my SIM stopped working on other networks. Since 20th May 2021, SIM is not working. Airtel is struggling to restore the services. No calls, No financial transactions, No office mails.Awesome Airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Booked Airtel AirFiber on 16 May in Villupuram and paid ₹1500, but no installation and no response till now. Very poor service after collecting payment. Request immediate action—either complete installation or process refund without delay.

    @airtelindia The network is operational since morning in Gram Panchayat Sarana, District Ajmer, Rajasthan 305811. Internet is working since this morning, but calls are not working. Please tell the normal solution for this, whereas 5G and 4G network is installed in Gram Sarana.

    @JioCare @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to express concern regarding the current mobile recharge plans that are valid only for 28 days instead of a full calendar month of 30 days. Customers are paying for “monthly” recharge plans, but in reality the validity is only 28 days. This creates an extra financial burden on users because people are forced to recharge 13 times in a year instead of 12 times. At a time when recharge prices are already increasing, this practice becomes difficult for common people, students, workers, and rural users. Today, internet and mobile services are essential for education, work-from-home jobs, online banking, communication, and daily life. Village people and middle-class families also depend heavily on mobile internet services just like city users. Many users already struggle with high recharge costs, and reducing validity to 28 days adds unnecessary pressure. We kindly request your company to do the following: Change 28-day recharge plans to proper 30-day monthly plans. Avoid additional burdens on customers through reduced validity periods. Provide fair and customer-friendly recharge options for all users. Telecom companies should prioritize customer convenience and affordability. We hope you will consider this genuine request and take necessary action in the interest of millions of mobile users across India.

    Airtel Xstream Fiber issue unresolved since May 5, 2026. Multiple complaints raised, but still no fix or proper ETA. Due to repeated downtime and poor support, planning to disconnect and move to another provider. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
