  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In my area. Airtel signal is very dull. It's almost in between 250-700KBPS. And I can't send a message through WhatsApp immediately. It takes 2 seconds time. I hope, you understand my problem and solve it by installing a new tower in our area

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i can receive messages. But I can't sed messages through airtel network. If u are largest fastest network in the world. Call me immediately. Solve my problem.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In my area, Airtel 4g signal is to low. Just in between 350-400Kbs net speed. I have recharged it with Airtel Thanks offer. But network is very low. Not able to send a message, fast. Hope you understand and develop a network tower in my area.509301

  @airtelindia The issue still persists even after these many days. I tried to connect with an advisor in the chat to let them know everytime I click on talk to advisor it gets repeated to the same again. This is going on for almost 20 days now. I don't know what anyone is doing in airtel.

  Repeated Mr. Shashwat Sharma Airtel broadband is down in Pashan Pune since about 45 hours and there is no accountability, who to talk to, everything is left to the chat bot, why do you people take salary when the chat bot has to do everything. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia one of the worst service provider I have ever experienced. Your Thanks app is such a waste of time. No option to talk with any agent, no matter what you type there is no relevant reply from their side. I am glad that I moved to BSNL 6 years ago.

  Airtel customer service is a scam. First of all their airtel thanks app is worst. Whenever you do wanna talk to customer service executive it's a very long process which always wastes a lot of time and as soon as you reach it, call drops. @airtelindia Can you please do better?
