@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In my area, Airtel 4g signal is to low. Just in between 350-400Kbs net speed. I have recharged it with Airtel Thanks offer. But network is very low. Not able to send a message, fast. Hope you understand and develop a network tower in my area.509301

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In my area. Airtel signal is very dull. It's almost in between 250-700KBPS. And I can't send a message through WhatsApp immediately. It takes 2 seconds time. I hope, you understand my problem and solve it by installing a new tower in our area

This is the 4th day since my fiber is down. 3rd day since I have complained. Nobody seems to care. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has the worst customer service. They ask my number in DM and then don't act on it.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia please acknowledge my DM on sim transfer. Sim isn’t in working state since 4 months and I’m still paying bills. However, the support you’re providing to resolve my issue is pathetic. No acknowledgment till now on DM. #FAIL #pathetic

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very bad customer service and false promises to customer for corporate plans and once the plan is activated no support and bills are raised as per any amount which was not agreed at all. Constant follow up with manager is waste as nothing happened !
