@airtelindia I said to deactivate the fiber . they said it will deactivate within one week . one month till now they didn't do nothing. Now it showing bill ..no one is not responding to my problem....😡😡😡 wroste coustmer serives .

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic Consumer Service by Airtel, I have Recharged my Fiber Connection on 2nd Oct Still I haven't Got the amount reflected or Amount refunded back. Only they are doing to tell on Call is to Wait 2 Days, 3 Days... Email and again wait.

@airtelindia Airtel service deteriorated severely after introducing fibre optics line in Vasundhara Ghaziabad. Frequent disruption in connectivity with no clue to support team,hinders important work & we have to rely on mobile hotspot. Will #Airtel look into? @AshwiniVaishnaw @MitalBharti
