@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India While calling,internet not working and VOLTE service disappear? Can pls look in to this? Bcz I am facing this is from almost 1 month? Is your network is volte? Or earlier normal network, if like that continues then need to change network.

@airtelindia We are facing a network issue in our location since 1 year. And I already complained many time in Costumer care as well as in open network also. It’s bot only my problem it’s total network failure in our Taluka

@airtelindia After multiple tries to connect the customer service, still receiving the on loop automated voice messages. As, brand suggested tried the services they offered, still stuck with non-resolved problem. Guess it’s time to choose the better option.

@airtelindia I just wanted to update my email id in system as i wanted to convert my physical sim in eSIM but neither IVR nor any airtel gallery can solve this issue..gonna port my number to some other carrier.
