Bcz I am facing this is from almost 1 month? Is your network is volte? Or earlier normal network, if like that continues then need to change network.

They doesn't enable VOLTE by default. Their customer support is useless. Their chatbot doesn't understand the issue and provide generic responses.

And I spend almost 2 hours each day talking to Customer care explaining the process again & again.
