Bcz I am facing this is from almost 1 month? Is your network is volte? Or earlier normal network, if like that continues then need to change network.

Some internal id liking needs to happen, not just mobile number to new SIM... that comes down to internal system data base update and refresh rate. Worst case it can go to 15 days.
