  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @DoT_India While calling,internet not working and VOLTE service disappear? Can pls look in to this? Bcz I am facing this is from almost 1 month? Is your network is volte? Or earlier normal network, if like that continues then need to change network.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Huge network outage cant use speedy internet, why this drops suddenly internet speed in 585301 near mannur function hall, always i will get SMS from airtel as we have upgraded network in afzalpur but practically its zero progress @TRAI can u luk?

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia huge network outage in afzalpur 585301 pin code, cant buk one irctc ticket on ur network, wht pathetic urs, just keep on doing advertisements as we upgraded 4 g in ur area? Can you check wt is d issue? @VittalGopal first make it good 4 g network 1/2

  @airtelindia We are facing a network issue in our location since 1 year. And I already complained many time in Costumer care as well as in open network also. It’s bot only my problem it’s total network failure in our Taluka

  @airtelindia It is a constant issue with your Xtreme Fibre service that the internet never works. Your customer care is only IVR that reboots the modem. Every single month someone needs to come here and “fix” it. This is a terrible disruption to work. #internetdown

  @airtelindia Ridiculous that Airtel stopped its email service with no prior intimation. I have a business running on airtelmail and I suddenly lost all emails. At least give your users a chance to backup their critical documents.

  Thanks vikas for resolving the same. Howvever I understand it can be resolved from remote if help desk would have asked the router id written on the backside and remotely reloaded the sw.I would not have to suffer the outage for more than 12 hours. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
