Bcz I am facing this is from almost 1 month? Is your network is volte? Or earlier normal network, if like that continues then need to change network.

If you're restricting someone's service: Tell them the recorded usage. Explain the policy clearly. Give a consistent answer. That shouldn't be too much to ask.

Later they said: "Your benefits will renew with your next 30-day cycle." And finally: "Your benefits will renew with your next Unlimited Data recharge." Three different explanations for the same issue.
