    @airtelindia evening time 7 pm to 11pm airtel internet speed is working like 2G .Past 5 year to ago all airtel team is there no solutions shut down your business . Don't west time . I am very disappointed is that service providing by airtel I have already 10 time complaint

    @airtelindia net not working in my location which I have attached evening time 7 to 11 pm I have 10 time complaint against this problem but no one listening my word .If you no solution .Shut down your business don't west time any other people.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been charged an unnecessary additional amount on my Airtel Black Wi-Fi + TV connection. I contacted customer care, and the representative told me that Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam channels were added at my request. However, this is incorrect. We have not even watched TV for the last one month, and we never requested these channels. Whenever any channel is added, I should receive a confirmation message, but I did not receive any SMS or notification regarding the addition of these channels. It appears that channels have been added without my consent, resulting in an inflated bill. My Airtel IPTV plan is ₹1,199 per month, and I have never subscribed to any additional channels. Despite this, I received a bill of ₹1,637.80. Please investigate this issue, remove the unauthorized channel charges, and revise my bill accordingly.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely frustrated with your broadband. Have 2 connections at home in Gurgaon - one totally down, other still disconnecting frequently even after modem replacement. Issue there for last 7 days , unable to work from home. Need urgent resolution!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unbelievable to see such unprofessionalism in customer care from your end. I have been trying to reach out for my 5G issues and no one bothers to help me out. I will now take legal routes to solve this matter. This is horrendous.

    Beyond imagination! I deactivated my Airtel Wi-Fi, and they collected the router & charger nearly 2 months ago. Yet I’m still being billed for a service I don’t use. After multiple calls, the bill was reversed, but I’m still being asked to pay GST. @airtelindia @jagograhakjago

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews but the my Airtel A/C is showing 3 dth which includes iptv instead of 2 & the charges are levied for non existing 3rd dth since 29th June'26. I hv contacted customer care,198 on each day, except promises,nothing is changing on the ground.

    Hi Airtel India, Service was decent last year for Airtel black customer.. But current service is pathetic.. I have raised 15 compliants related to sth and none of them have been addressed correctly.. Request u to look into this ASAP else I will disconnect @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Booked an Airtel Wi-Fi connection on 6 July after being promised installation on 7 jul Instead, I got an SMS saying it was rescheduled to 11th. Despite multiple complaints and repeated calls, I received no response. Please cancel my request and process my refund asap
