  @TRAI @airtelindia Subject: Request to Allow WiFi Extender Usage for Broadband Connection Respected Sir/Madam, I am using Airtel Broadband connection with WiFi connection number: 04015311420. Earlier, I was using a WiFi extender/router along with your broadband connection without any issues. Recently, during a complaint visit, your technician informed me that the usage of WiFi extenders has been technically restricted or blocked from the backend team side. I humbly request Airtel authorities to kindly allow the usage of WiFi extender/router so that I can access uninterrupted broadband connectivity throughout my premises. The extender is essential for proper signal coverage and smooth internet usage. If the restriction continues, I may be forced to cancel the existing broadband connection and shift to another broadband service provider who permits such usage.   @deepdownanlyz @airtelindia It is true. Being a loyal prepaid customer for more than 16 years, I feel deceived. I got my whole family ported into Airtel. I have influenced a lot of people to select Airtel. Logically, Prepaid pay upfront. So they are the ones to get VIP lane "priority", right..
