We are Airtel Black members and this kind of service is really not expected from a brand like Airtel.

Looks like they have outsourced the maintenance to locals vendors and there is no coordination and they are also not trained. Two days back an engineer came in sleeveless and shorts and I asked for ID and he didn’t have. This is also a security risk. Useless.
