    @airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

    @airtelindia Such a worst service I have ever faced in my entire life. My broadband is not working and I have lodged complaint 3 days back but no one bothered to visit or give a Curtousey call. Whenever I m calling on helpline number they just say sorry and give another TAT.
