@VodafoneIN The number of times I have complained, the answer has been that your problem has been solved. Vodafone is very poor service,I will not advise anyone to use Vodafone in future. Jio and airtel is better than Vodafone, from whose network it is able to tweet @airtelindia

@airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

Hey @airtelindia I got 10+ calls last week to remind me the bill was due. Today with my broadband service not working I am trying to get hold of a customer service executive to speak about my complaint. Thank you for letting me know that it’s better to use a local wifi network!
