@airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

@VodafoneIN The number of times I have complained, the answer has been that your problem has been solved. Vodafone is very poor service,I will not advise anyone to use Vodafone in future. Jio and airtel is better than Vodafone, from whose network it is able to tweet @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think first level debug should be done before asking customer to collect new SIM card. I can't travel from SG to IN to collect new SIM card as your customer care suggested, that too not in this pandemic situation. Do suggest the alternative options
