@airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

@airtelindia I have had internet connectivity issues since 7 July and have made multiple calls to the service line. This issue remains unresolved with not even a courtesy update on what is going on. As a professional who is working from home, this is a serious problem for me.
