@airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

So great a service, @Airtel_Presence! @airtelindia tells me after a service disruption of 45 hours that I've to go to a local store to get a replacement SIM. Why didn't that common sensical solution didn't occur to them when I specifically asked thrice in private, I wonder!

@airtelindia Everytime I inquire with customer care about the XStreme fiber, they just give a new timeline or say it is in progress. Its been months. I am thriving on 24 Mbps. Really? Is XStreme a hoax?
