@airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence u ppl don't even like to give a response on complaint also after 8 day of complaint. Now by own I found that the wire is break. Atleast now also u can send service engineer to come and put the wire and restore my line. Now some ground response.

Hello @airtelindia, what kind of support team you have. I requested to deactivate my broadband connection in Feb and the request was closed without disconnecting the connection.I am getting 4-5 calls per day to clear the bill.
