@airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

Both @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence are worst when it comes to customer service. They commit 4 hours TAT period and 6 hours later, they now need 24 hours. Why commit a timeline to a customer ar first place when you can't keep it?
