@airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

Disappointing reply from the appellate and there is no process followed @airtelindia . In CRM they can close the complaint which can't be reopened. For the same reason they will open new complaint and ask same time to proceed further. totally meaning less process.@Airtel_Presence
