    @airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

    @VodafoneIN The number of times I have complained, the answer has been that your problem has been solved. Vodafone is very poor service,I will not advise anyone to use Vodafone in future. Jio and airtel is better than Vodafone, from whose network it is able to tweet @airtelindia

    Both @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence are worst when it comes to customer service. They commit 4 hours TAT period and 6 hours later, they now need 24 hours. Why commit a timeline to a customer ar first place when you can't keep it?

    @airtelindia very unprofessional support from your team. On 18 dec 21 i have requested to shift my internet and today is 22 dec 21 no positive response till. Customer care always like please give 4 hour someone will call you back. guys come on worst experience ever.
