    @airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

    @airtelindia is desh me consumer ki koi value nahi h... why there is no exceptional process for SIM replacement in case of elderly user or user with medical issue or physically challenged user? Or except is only for VVIP? No once provides service after sale.
