    @airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

    @kashifsyed33 @excitel_rocks @airtelindia They were also same. Just go for a local ISP. They charge you less and will provide better service. These big name takes 1 hr to log a complaint and 24 hrs to resolve. Local ISP will resolve within minutes
