    @airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

    @VodafoneIN The number of times I have complained, the answer has been that your problem has been solved. Vodafone is very poor service,I will not advise anyone to use Vodafone in future. Jio and airtel is better than Vodafone, from whose network it is able to tweet @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence since Oct 7th put in a request to convert physical sim to ESim. very disappointed and surprised at the poor service. 121 doesn't understand. Call them, a new person comes and the whole story has to be repeated.
