    @airtelindia I purchase new Airtel (id 3027297215-001)connection on 27.10.2018 .While taking a new connection, I was told that its validity is 12 months and now my setup box showing expiry 10 Sept. 2019. Consider problem & provide 12 month subscription. I already paid full money.

    @VodafoneIN The number of times I have complained, the answer has been that your problem has been solved. Vodafone is very poor service,I will not advise anyone to use Vodafone in future. Jio and airtel is better than Vodafone, from whose network it is able to tweet @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had requested to cancel my broadband subscription owing to poor service almost 5 weeks back. Even after repeated calls and chats with customer service it's not been done and neither I have received a call back as promised. This is very disappointin
