    @airtelindia what a phyatic broadband services you are providing! After every 2 or 3 days there is service disruption.

    Signal strength in my area is very poor. Both audio calls and Internet service is very unsatisfactory. Called to customer care, but problems has not resolved yet. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia 5G for All Phones? Like if I am on 5G network and Plan Says unlimited 5g, but still of no use. Losing my all 4G Data. CC person says we are working on it and thats Forever.

    Is it because @reliancejio is SA network for #5G, I am not getting a 5G network on MOTO G 5G, but for @airtelindia i have the option for 5G as it is NSA. @motorolaindia Could you please confirm is this the scenario?

    @FibreAirtel I got a connection on 2nd jan of Airtel XStreme fiber. Firstly it took 2 days to get the internet working. Now after 7 days it's down. I raised a service request it says engineer will reach to you tomorrow. I am doing WFH. What shall I say to my Manager @airtelindia

    @airtelindia no internet service since the last 24 hrs for Dsl id 071213086184_dsl. The call centre first said it will be resolved by 7:24am. Later they said by 10:24 am and subsequently by 1:24pm . They are not registering a complaint. Kindly resolve.

    @airtelindia Airtel Xtreme Fibre internet is not working since 24 hours now. Your service is pathetic. Downtime should be compensated with credit to user account for equivalent period of downtime. Waiting for JIO to come in and bid adieu to Airtel.

    @ACTFibernet ACT Fibernet has constant connectivity issues & frequent outages. Running business with such unreliable internet is a nightmare. Had to take @airtelindia AirFiber as backup, which now serves as our primary connection. ACT is simply not dependable for business use

    @airtelindia Around 50 phone calls to 121.. conversations with the “supervisor” on call on 121 (they are busier than probably the PM of this country (so difficult for them to find time to even talk to a airtel black customer) .. emails to regional manager of airtel.Nothing helps
