    @airtelindia My wife was using Airtel from last 8 years and as being loyal customer of Airtel she didn't event port her number to other network.But frm 2 weeks she is facing network issue in her cell and even change her cellphone but still had a network issue.Kindly look into it

    @airtelindia facing a lot of issue in net connectivity ay Besa chowk Nagpur. Kindly look into the matter. I have ported out from Vodafone to Airtel with 3 numbers and I cannot afford this migration with such connectivity.

    @amitKP05 @Airtel_Presence Not yet. #Airtel is not a customer friendly company anymore. From the last 3 months, @airtelindia didn't provided #Broadband service for a month, even after paying in advance. I had raised more than 5 service requests, and they took average 8 days to fix each time.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Day 11 of router and fiber didn't get installed. I dont think airtel is doing anything, I have been complaining from 5 days. If they cant send an engineer to setup in 5 days what good is service. Regreting completely.

    @airtelindia i have installed broadband on 5th of Sep withing 10 days there is two breakdown and no customer care 121 or service request no- 10080446721 is trying to resolved app don't have permission to provide the inputs request is not resolved

    @FibreAirtel I got a connection on 2nd jan of Airtel XStreme fiber. Firstly it took 2 days to get the internet working. Now after 7 days it's down. I raised a service request it says engineer will reach to you tomorrow. I am doing WFH. What shall I say to my Manager @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I want to port my Airtel number there is no offer unnecessary fast data deduction really not satisfied worst service ever customer care also not talking properly other company service like Jio and vi is better and cheaper please port my number into another company.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 9+ hours of Airtel Fiber outage across our entire residential society and still no fix or proper update. The app doesn't allow outage ticket creation either. Poor service and communication. When will connectivity be restored?

    Accidentally recharged ₹2998 instead of ₹299 due to a typo. It activated a ₹2998 International Roaming pack by mistake. The user is not traveling abroad. Please cancel this unused IR pack and convert it to a domestic yearly plan or talktime. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
