    To complain about the Internet not working issue, I was using the airtel app to diagnose using wifi network and the app then asked me to switch to the mobile network, If the mobile network was working then why I would have been complaining :D @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @airtelnews guys please improve ur service & std of ur call centre else jio dhandhanadhan. Have paid 4000 for airtel xtream,technician alloted and he denied 2 install. Called customer care and he suggested for refund in 10 days. Boss stop doing false commitment

    @airtelindia worst customer service it's been more than 24 hours with a broad band problem. They send Tacniticon he just comes and sees and goes with no solution. Is this the way you give customer service. Very Disappointed.

    @Airtel_Presence Please dont reply just for formality. It has been 5 days since i have written to airtel customer care but no concrete action. My sim incoming is removed by airtel. I paid 1799 but recharge not done This shows how bad service at Airtel customer care.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
