    @airtelindia @AirtelXtream The customer service is so pathetic. You never get a single point of contact to talk. Every time you call you are greeted by a new person and you need to explain all your queries again and this turns out to be endless. Give single point of contact.

    @airtelindia Got airtel fiber connection 1.5 months ago. Received defective router. Getting false replies from service people. Don't know how to reach 121 service from my bsnl number. My service was Dead for 3 days for other reasons. Seems I made a big mistake opting for airtel

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I have been cheated with your team saying that you are using Airtel BB of plan 1499 hence there is 2 Airtel number free without any bills hence i ported from Vodafone to Airtel post 2 months of using it my BB plan changed to 999 ??? Kindly help
