    Worst cabling always break down. Did you check how many times you work on same issue? Bad behaviour and bad attitude while talking. Do @airtelindia impose some template/etiquette to field engineers on how to answer a customer?

    Most pathetic service by @airtelindia payment bank. Bought fastag in morning and it stopped functioning in afternoon. Had to pay double toll at all toll plaza. Contacted CC who just banged the phone stating system are down. @nitin_gadkari #airtelpaymentsbank

    @airtelindia's service technicians insist that I do not raise a complaint with the grievance redressal or central helpline, and rather call them. Calling them directly would help, if there were an equilibrium; right now it is a new technician on each complaint.

    @TheVivekSinghal @airtelindia Vivek Bhai 🙏🏻🙏🏻 This speed is just for testing not for users. See 4G speed, public is 😭😭 They have optimised their algorithm for testing. Even after more than 20 years Airtel network coverage is 70% throughout India. They are just eating customer money with 3rd class service.

    @airtelindia , they just listen to there customers complaint, i had registered complaint from past 1 month, i just see any improvement, you just tell us to DM, and there is no one to talk after a while, or we'll just switch to jio would be better.
