    @airtelindia I had requested for a disconnection in broadband services since 3 months and still not disconnected. The bill is being sent to my Mail ID every time. I have sent a mail also but no response to it . No one responding over call either. Worst customer care ever.

    @airtelindia Please make sure we have uninterrupted conversation on a call. It is frustrating to be screaming “Hello hello” like in the grand old trunk calls. Do something more than billing and collecting payments on time ! Pls deliver good quality service @Airtel_Presence
