    @airtelindia If a shopkeeper accidentally recalls two unlimited recharges on a customer's Airtel number on the same day, then both the recharge is activated simultaneously, whereas in other operators it is not like that a recharge should be in advance, its wrong

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer care are the worst. I have raised a concern regarding unlimited 5g internet not working for almost 20days now. Today Umar Majed from L3 said he cannot escalate my call to his senior. Not sure how you train your employees

    Dear @airtelindia , Got to know that address change can't be done via Airtel thanks app and not via logging to web as well. Customer support is suggesting to email the document at customer care mail id or visit airtel store. What kind of digitalization and data privacy exist?
