    @airtelindia If a shopkeeper accidentally recalls two unlimited recharges on a customer's Airtel number on the same day, then both the recharge is activated simultaneously, whereas in other operators it is not like that a recharge should be in advance, its wrong

    Now, i am in an infinite loop customer support->store -> support. Nobody knows what's going on. What do you want? The store replied that we already sent the documents to headoffice. Poor customer service ever. @airtelindia

    1. Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , My Broadband Fiber Optic Connection is down from past Monday 05/12/2022 till present and no resolution, nothing fixed just customer care giving fake assurance and delaying the fix for next 24 hours and this has been repeatedly told everyday.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia How do you compensate impact of outage on customers? If I miss paying my bill by 1 day then you charge Rs. 100 extra. Does same logic applies for your outages? Worst part is horrible customer care experience.
