    @airtelindia If a shopkeeper accidentally recalls two unlimited recharges on a customer's Airtel number on the same day, then both the recharge is activated simultaneously, whereas in other operators it is not like that a recharge should be in advance, its wrong

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In connection with your broadband, the sales representatives make big commitments like installation & starting net within 24hours But, not delivered. When contacted to customer care they say 3 days r required generally. Why to over commit?

    @airtelindia Account 04491073855_tn Through Airtel Thanks app changed the broadband plan to Rs 799 from current plan of Rs 1399, on 24th Feb 2021. Till date this has not changed for "backend issues" as reported by Airtel customer care! You should not charge me more amount!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I was told by one of your executives that I will receive a call regarding my problem with network at 3pm. It's now close to 5pm, and no call. After that it'll be after working hours and that'll be another day gone without any resolution
