    @airtelindia If a shopkeeper accidentally recalls two unlimited recharges on a customer's Airtel number on the same day, then both the recharge is activated simultaneously, whereas in other operators it is not like that a recharge should be in advance, its wrong

    @airtelindia requested for xtreme fiber connect and this is the third time that Sameer Shaikh from airtel took money and did not deliver the service..my issue is not resolved yet ....is this what ur definition of customer service is ?
