@airtelindia If a shopkeeper accidentally recalls two unlimited recharges on a customer's Airtel number on the same day, then both the recharge is activated simultaneously, whereas in other operators it is not like that a recharge should be in advance, its wrong

@airtelindia getting a ticket resolved by airtel has become an herculean task. Talking to customer support for a ticket opened 5 days ago with no resolution. Supervisors and managers donot know the problem and no ownership taken. Unfortunate that escalations do not work.
