One of the executive confirmed that no disconnection request was raised by me and it was done to force me to move to fiber from copper. Unfortunately airtel don't have a fiber *** at my location.

Just to move copper cable to fiber you are harassing the customer. Lying, making excuses is not what i expected from Airtel.
