@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia its been 5 days and my problem is not resolved yet. One of the executive confirmed that no disconnection request was raised by me and it was done to force me to move to fiber from copper. Unfortunately airtel don't have a fiber *** at my location.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my connection is still not restored after 48 hrs. Just to move copper cable to fiber you are harassing the customer. Lying, making excuses is not what i expected from Airtel. No explanation from airtel yet, why connection was terminated in 1st place.

@airtelindia @airtelnews Worst service provider. My broadband isn’t working from more than 24 hours. After raising several complaints there is no action taken from airtel side. Even im airtel black customer after that also they are just fooling customers.

@airtelindia I have subscribed Airtel digital TV Tamil regional pack. But I didn't understand why you guys added Hindi channel like cartoon network Hindi, pogo Hindi, discovery Hindi and etc instead of Tamil channel.. I just confused I have subscribed Hindi pack or Tamil pack.

I have never seen such a poor network service. Few months back i have converted my prepaid to postpaid. Paying 1200/- every month and getting marvellous service so that I can't open even Airtel thanks app @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Many a times I raised the query bt who cares
