    @airtelindia And few days before around 1.5 Gb data got eroded within 60sec I have mentioned my point to customer care but no sense of providing feedbacks when client feedbacks are thrown in dustbin. Ido not want to spread negativity on this platform but why constructive steps are not taken.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews It's been 6 months I am using airtel xstream and facing frequently issues in each and every single months, even lastly when I raised complain about this I got the resolution in 3 days and again I got disconnected with your network.

    Pathetic service from @airtelindia. Dear @Airtel_Presence registered a request yesterday for shifting my broadband. But today, the Airtel people saying, as there is no DP near your location, we can't shift the connection. But the DP is just in front of my flat.

    @JioCare From last two days my fiber connection is disconnected after engineer visit. Today again i complaint but schedule visit will be tomorrow. But today is India Pakistan match . If i missed it i will disconnect your connection forever. If @airtelindia start my new connection

    Hi @airtelindia , I am not happy with the xtream box 4k performance and want to return my connection and would like to get refund. The box responds very slow and it needs recharge to access OTT apps which is unacceptable.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had a Xstream fiber connection in Kota and I am not unable to raise a Shift Connection to here in Indore. I am trying since morning and while you are promoting application to do, I am sorry it isn't happening. Any Immediate Solution!

    As a user I can say if you are an @airtelindia user then your SIM can be deactivated without any reason and if you ask then the reason they give is the documents problem. why do you not inform us through message like you send for recharge if or documents not complete. #airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia its been 5 days and my problem is not resolved yet. One of the executive confirmed that no disconnection request was raised by me and it was done to force me to move to fiber from copper. Unfortunately airtel don't have a fiber *** at my location.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my last complaint was addressed in 5 months however it was not fully resolved. Now I am not getting any response on SMS delivery issue. Instead of 3-4 months follow up I shud log case in consumer forum to get faster response.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my connection is still not restored after 48 hrs. Just to move copper cable to fiber you are harassing the customer. Lying, making excuses is not what i expected from Airtel. No explanation from airtel yet, why connection was terminated in 1st place.

    @airtelindia is a top telecom & internet service provider but my Airtel Broadband is down for almost a week. After replacing &configuring router technician asked us to wait for 30 minutes for configuration at backend. Despite followup for days, still not done. God save customers!

    @JioCare Facing network issues for 2 months. Already complained last month no improvement. During power cuts internet stops working and resumes only after power returns. Very unreliable. Using Jio for 7 years never faced this. Please fix or I may switch to @airtelindia.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Requested a WiFi plan change + digital box, paid ₹500. It’s been 15+ days and no response from Airtel. At least refund the amount if the service can’t be delivered.
