@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my connection is still not restored after 48 hrs. Just to move copper cable to fiber you are harassing the customer. Lying, making excuses is not what i expected from Airtel. No explanation from airtel yet, why connection was terminated in 1st place.

@airtelindia @airtelnews Worst service provider. My broadband isn’t working from more than 24 hours. After raising several complaints there is no action taken from airtel side. Even im airtel black customer after that also they are just fooling customers.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia its been 5 days and my problem is not resolved yet. One of the executive confirmed that no disconnection request was raised by me and it was done to force me to move to fiber from copper. Unfortunately airtel don't have a fiber *** at my location.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia how can you charge customer full amount for broadband services, if you have 5-6 days of outages on a monthly basis. You shud have a process in place of monthly waiver as per the outages happened on a monthly basis, otherwise it will go against law!

I have a Airtel broadband connection, which always go down 👎 after working 10-15 days in a month. After complainting for 4-7 days your feild guy come. It has been a hassle for me to handle Airtel now. I have to pay for a hole month when I am using only 15 days. @airtelindia

@airtelindia No one is resolving the issue and closing the tickets. We all are working from home and this type of service is just unacceptable. Let’s us know if you can resolve the issue. I will take some other broadband service. Even after multiple SR my issue isn’t resolved.

Still waiting! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My network hasn’t improved a bit and I’m still waiting for a resolution. Customer care centres just receive your calls and log your complaints but then nothing happens! Do your backend guys even work!?

I took a broadband connection from @airtelindia in September in Bangalore. I paid 6months advance but unfortunately had to move back to Kerala where they don't provide service. I didn't disconnect as there was a possibility of me shifting back in few days time.
