Just to move copper cable to fiber you are harassing the customer. Lying, making excuses is not what i expected from Airtel. One of the executive confirmed that no disconnection request was raised by me and it was done to force me to move to fiber from copper. Unfortunately airtel don't have a fiber *** at my location.
