    Two days now @airtelindia not able to get my broadband working. Calls logged on call centre get closed without happy code, local guys keep giving excuses from network fault to faulty cable to excessive rains. Pathetic service

    @airtelindia Its noon today. The connection setup was to be done by this time. Nobody has even contacted me for this till now leave alone shifting. Is it that difficult to understand problem and resolve? Will you pay for the missed WFH due to your pathetic services?

    Why is it that @airtelindia you aren’t able to resolve poor network issues inspite of complaining for 3 months? You had the best network 3 months back and now I cannot sit inside my home and talk @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia I don't know how to frame this but... Your IVR is really laggy. Your network is not proper. I am not able to get to the customer executive. Have been using Airtel for a while and have faced these issues ever since. Planning to port.

    Had ported from VI to @airtelindia expecting better coverage and no call drops. But Alas airtel is worse then VI.I am not even able to make 7 out of 10 phone calls the network is so bad.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence paying for fibre but not getting fibre internet from past 6 month. It worst scenario. Even I have raised the request to airtel team too. Quitting @airtelindia it was worst experience now which was not before 1 year with mobile and broadband.

    @airtelindia Called at noon today l, as expected the issue was not resolved. Yesterday they asked time till noon, at noon they ask time till evening..at evening they will ask for time till next day noon! Wow!! What a fantastic service you are running!! #airtelBroadband #sucks

    Hi @airtelindia , I am not happy with the xtream box 4k performance and want to return my connection and would like to get refund. The box responds very slow and it needs recharge to access OTT apps which is unacceptable.

    @airtelindia @WynkMusic Why you are providing different plan while you are not automatically updated or updated by customer care executive while customer recharge of 589 you will not provide 30 days while plan is 30 days and speed is same like as 598 plan why people will recharge your plan
