The staff literally acts like frauds. Store Staff says we can't help, drop mail. You never get a solution through mail. Call Centre staff says we can't hear you just after listening!

I again called him on 26/07/2026 but he did not respond. I complained at the toll free number the same day and I was assured that the complaint has been escalated and a new complaint has been lodged.
