    @airtelindia @WynkMusic Your female employee had taken time 4 days before and said that I will establish communication after 24 hrs on network issue, no call received till now and problem is still there I think airtel has become such a big brand that do not have time to work on feedback, disgusting.

    Again I am very sorry to highlight that worst internet speed of @airtelindia observed my me in the morning. And astonishing thing is Inspite of raising concerns no one has called customer to solve and discuss on the issue. Very Very disgusting and arrogant behaviour of Airtel.

    @airtelindia Needs to wakeup. The technical team in Indore is incompetent. Our broadband connection isn't working since Tuesday & the support is unable to resolve the issue. Kudos to @reliancejio for the backup connection. #customerexperience #noairtel

    @airtelindia engineer says order id is Not showing in the app, customer care said the order id is generated, we can not generate the new order id, do you have any solutions here, or I ask you to disconnect my Broadband immediately? Clear me complete it by 2morrow or close my conn

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia its been 5 days and my problem is not resolved yet. One of the executive confirmed that no disconnection request was raised by me and it was done to force me to move to fiber from copper. Unfortunately airtel don't have a fiber *** at my location.

    @airtelindia @WynkMusic Again intermittent services observed on network and internet. I think you have crossed the shameless behavior limit where client is not valued. You think 1,5,50 lak client lost will not make a difference in revenue. I think worst service in telecom I have observed @airtelindia

    Hey @airtelindia, 3rd day offline! 'Technical problem' to 'high power in modem' to 'G phone issue' to ‘link is not stable’ to ‘splitter is faulty’ were your top stories from your very agile engineers and none of your engineers could trace the issue so far.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why are you charging extra ₹300 over and above my bill in the name of sim activation charges? This charge was never informed before applying for a new connection. This is unethical and wrong practice. Waive off this charge and revise the bill.

    @airtelindia I am facing the issue of network and internet. We try to make a call or receiving both time we stand at my balcony than talk to the people and same issue occurs in internet using time. We already raised of the complain many times but no any action further.

    @airtelindia Facing network issues since last one month. Complained to customer care many times but no resolution. Sudden call drops and no internet even when it shows complete network, while Vodafone is working fine. Resolve this else fast else I have to switch to Vodafone .

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my connection is still not restored after 48 hrs. Just to move copper cable to fiber you are harassing the customer. Lying, making excuses is not what i expected from Airtel. No explanation from airtel yet, why connection was terminated in 1st place.

    @airtelindia Never seen such pathetic service provider, placed Wi-Fi order and it’s been 24 hrs yet no one contacted. No ivr call option, no proper chat support. Good that I experienced it before installation, ACT Fiber is 101% better than you people. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Poor service in my area Bebadohal, Maval, Pune. Its been a year Im airtel airfiber user & everyday facing internet issues where speed is hardly 70-80kbps. Whenever I called customer care answer is same team is working on it & will resolve in 4hrs. Highly disappointed

    @airtelindia has turned out to be one of the most unresponsive service providers when it comes to customer grievances. It has been 14 days since I filed a formal complaint via email, along with multiple reminders, yet there has been no response from the Delhi grievance team
