Ido not want to spread negativity on this platform but why constructive steps are not taken.

One of the executive confirmed that no disconnection request was raised by me and it was done to force me to move to fiber from copper. Unfortunately airtel don't have a fiber *** at my location.

This charge was never informed before applying for a new connection. This is unethical and wrong practice. Waive off this charge and revise the bill.

I've faced a similar issue when only on 5G network still data is exhausted & Airtel doesn't admit it as an issue which is weird & never faced this on Jio. A lot of people face this and no fix after years. I even used Vi 5G 2 months no issue with them
