    @reliancejio @JioCare What rubbish service is this? My Jio Fiber isn’t even giving out a few Mbps speed when you have mentioned a speed of 150 Mbps plan. Is this how are you going to Digitise India? Guess I gotta change and port my broadband services somewhere else. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Waste network at Indore Madhya Pradesh location. I facing a Issue since last two years and many more times we raise the complain but there is no any update of my concern and back tem call to me don't port or change the network than again face the issue.

    @airtelindia engineer says order id is Not showing in the app, customer care said the order id is generated, we can not generate the new order id, do you have any solutions here, or I ask you to disconnect my Broadband immediately? Clear me complete it by 2morrow or close my conn

    @airtelindia after several complaints services on my number stay as horrible as always .. it just doesn't make a difference to Airtel a client is troubled because of the horrible network.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my last complaint was addressed in 5 months however it was not fully resolved. Now I am not getting any response on SMS delivery issue. Instead of 3-4 months follow up I shud log case in consumer forum to get faster response.

    @airtelindia @WynkMusic Your female employee had taken time 4 days before and said that I will establish communication after 24 hrs on network issue, no call received till now and problem is still there I think airtel has become such a big brand that do not have time to work on feedback, disgusting.

    Again very disappointing to use service of @airtelindia in Indore scheme 94-C why constructive& efficient steps are not being taken to end this trivial issue of internet connectivity And call drops, cust is not here to criticize, our main objective is improvement in services.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, why is it practically impossible to cancel a connection? Your app is completely faulty, 121 is impossible to connect to, and there is NO direct option to disconnect. Stop trapping customers.

    @airtelindia I didn’t request any change, but my number was switched from prepaid to postpaid. I had just recharged ₹600 (2 months). Then you reversed it and asked me to recharge again. My recent recharge is lost. Please fix this ASAP.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @TRAI Extremely disappointed with Airtel's service. technician demanded extra payment to provide service. Despite multiple complaints through, 121 customer care, and Nodal team, no one has provided a resolution. Very poor customer experience.
