@airtelnews @airtelindia If you want peace of mind the don't go with Airtel. Worst customer service specially in broadband. Getting regular outage issue but never get proper solution. Customer care just give fake promises but not register the complain.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews your customer care is a disgrace. The same executive who took the call said she will escalate to senior executive and after a pause started taking as senior executive. Told her my prime benefit is activated on a different number++
