  @airtelindia has the worst customer service ever and the best application ever as well. Lol I am not even talking about wifi okay.That might be pretty **** as well. Will talk on that later coz apparently the technician did not come for the installation.

  Dear @airtelindia My wifi connection has suspended. Contacted your customer care via email and local store but no resolution has been provided. Contacted @Airtel_Presence via DM, they have taken details but not received any reply after that. It's been more than 1 month

  @shiv_232 @airtelindia Request the same I don't want your unreliable services anymore. There have been no action taken on the city wide network outage in Ranchi since past 3 days. Pathetic!

  @airtelindia My Airtel Xstream remote stopped working. I already raised a complaint on the Airtel Thanks app, but there’s been no resolution. The executive now says I must pay ₹350 for a new remote. Why pay when the complaint is already raised? Please resolve this asap

  @airtelindia What pathetic service are you offering. Wifi is down since last 3 days and noway to talk to a real person about it. Netowork outage and regret your inconvenience? How about you reimburse me for the money that is being wasted on your services?

  @airtelindia i have been trying to get my wifi issue resolved. Firstly wrong assignmment of technician, then trchnocuan denial, then change in technician, then new technician unreachable and a new timeline. Service request no. 11038570315. Thinking of switching to @reliancejio
