@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The request is pending more than 45 days now at airtel Kolhapur customer care center. We have to travel 30 km for following up with them as they are not responding calls. They haven't provided any request ID that I can escalate.

My fear stands vindicated Despite repeated reminders to @airtelindia , slapped with hefty bill after 3 months. Worst part it refused to acknowledge the delay. You commit mistake, customer has to pay for your follies. This is unprofessionalism!! Grow up!! @Airtel_Presence
