  @airtelindia This is my final request. I no longer want the Airtel Xstream Fiber connection due to continuous delay. Please cancel my order immediately and process my full refund without any delay. If not resolved, I will proceed with further action through consumer forum.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely disappointed. I ordered Airtel Xstream Set-Top Box but it’s still not delivered. Meanwhile, I managed to get it from a local distributor due to the delay. Kindly cancel my order and refund my partial payment immediately. #Airtel

  @AirtelIndia The network service in my area, Atish Bazaan, Upper Fort, Aligarh,202001, has been extremely poor lately. Mobile network connectivity is weak, and my Airtel Fiber/WiFi connection is also performing internet speed is very slow, and the connection frequently drops.

  @airtelindia @dpk1414 but no actual solution has been provided at my location.This clearly reflects a serious lack of accountability and poor service support. I have already given sufficient time and cooperation, but the continuous delay and negligence are unacceptable.

  @airtelindia , #airtelkolkata -horribly bad network. Almost everyday I am facing wifi problem. no solution. None of your tele service ppl ready to lodge complain. Pls investigate. Will wait for another week and then move away.

  @airtelindia the most Horrible services by airtel. Frustrated and agonised by their service even after subscribing to their so called premium black plan. Customer care is equally horrible with their AI executive instead of a human identity serving there before. 2. I will never suggest or recomend airtel services to any of my known person. 3. And this is the state of their services in the Vasant Kunj a south Delhi area, the so called high end.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews airtel tower is down in Raghubarpur Bihar, dalsingsarai.. it’s down since yesterday night and mobile, WiFi everything is down.. complaint is raised but no resolution yet.. can u plz look into this
