    @airtelindia Your services are pathetic. From last 2 months I've been constantly calling to get my Air Fiber connection problem resolved. Everytime I've to wait for 10-15 mins on the call and every time I hear the same response that they are working on the from from Backend.

    @airtelindia been a customer for last 20 years, this whole AI led bot that you have implemented almost iron walling customer from reaching a human support - is pathetic and is an indication that I look for a new provider.

    @airtelindia - pathetic services as request raised for IPV TV but they logged for Dish TV , did payment in advance 10 days ago, no installation , no rectification and no refund yet...called to 121 10 times but no solution change request for airtel black request ID: J983ZYV0OF

    Hey @JioCare I am getting very low internet speed on my wifi connection. Max speed in 35.80 Mbps on my 200 Mbps connection. Your customer care service is pathetic and useless,just keep me on waiting and still helpless. Do the needful urgently else I would move to @airtelindia

    There is no internet working since evening and there is no way to reach to the real customer executive of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, trying to reach out to the engineer and no help. Pathetic service! How come your mobile can only have chat boat in the ai era?

    @airtelindia @GyanTherapy The problem around "Fast Lane" internet isn't about whether premium service is wrong. It's about the incentives it creates. If ISPs profit from priority access, they may eventually try to make the regular experience less attractive, forcing more people to upgrade.
