    Continued @airtelindia My broadband service is not working from yesterday, but no one from the service team really cared about it. Now realising should have opted for some other broadband service provider. Hope will get some resolution asap.

    @airtelindia As a customer of #Airtel I feel so #pathetic and #helpless. The processes are pathetic, before adding late payment charges you should call us regarding that we are not reminding the SMS lots of sms receiving from everywhere so I'm planning to move to another

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I am chasing your field engineers and call centre agents for last 4 days, spending time with them daily 30 minutes BUT it seems that AIRTEL DOES NOT CARE. The broadband shifting which takes 2 hours is still not resolved. Pathetic service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presencetoday Today I visited your store for a SIM port request, but there the staff behaviour was very unprofessional, I came back without port my number, I wanted to connect with Airtel, but unfortunately, your staff did not want. Very Bad Experience.

    @airtelindia Once in 3 months, making payment through your systems dont work. And then when it is reported to your team, instead of looking into it they share the other channels as if I wouldnt know them. Can u be more receptive to issues and resolve them rather than giving gyan
