    My @airtelindia mobile number is not working after changing the SIM. I have visited three Airtel stores i.e. Hinu, Harmu Road and Bistupur since last 8 months. No solution found yet. hopeless service. @sunilbmittal @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am supposedly a platinum customer and if this is the kind of service offered to platinum customers, I shudder to think what will the plight of the regular customers. I would request this issue to be immediately resolved.

    @airtelindia Your customer care has no proper knowledge and process to help customers, they mislead us with incorrect information and made us travel unnecessarily. Step up your game, you can't make ur customers suffer for more than a week for a simple sim swap!
