@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. I hv issue in my Dec’22 bill which taken as Not paid and was added back in my Jan bill.I raised ticket 31-4585835788338 in 12th Jan. I had long DMs with @Airtel_Presence in which I was assured for help, but it is closed on 21st without resolution.

@airtelindia My home network is prepaid of Kolkata and I lost my phone in Mumbai. I went to airtel store in Ram Maruti Road, Thane and the executive told me that I will have to compulsorily take postpaid network with the same number. Please confirm this?

@airtelindia I am opting actfiber and leaving airtel. Your team of no worth as other vendors in same society new tower setup their network infra in few days but airtel is still not up. PBEL city, Hyd is my society. Narsimha, area mgr not able to deliver in time and many will go
