    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews applied for new broadband three days ago…your person said that my connection will be installed anyhow on the same day and today they are saying it will take some more days..i m tired of complaining on customer care but no action taken

    I haven't got my airtel fiber refund yet the employee said that my connection will be installed within 24hrs but it's been more than a month he hasn't . I even cancelled my connection but haven't got a refund yet @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very disappointed with your service

    @paramspeak @airtelindia Nope! In Cooch Behar too! Too much poor network since last December. I made complaint a lot to @Airtel_Presence, but they just don't care about customer satisfaction.

    @airtelindia Worst customer service ever in telecom. Since last 15 days they are sending msg we will contact you on your suitable time and i am keep sending reminder to them but any response yet. Poor poor poor poor service!!!!!!
