Why #Airtel internet not working between 8PM - 11PM. Last one week iam facing this issue. I think most of the area facing same issue. Wat the use of 5G when you can't provide proper 4G network. Can't even able to reach customer care. @airtelindia @airtel_presence

@airtelindia Your network along with jio is worst every time I do extra recharge for data but not to avail speed is below 10kb . Why???? Then what's the benefit of extra data add on

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. I was having Airtel Black Plan, but you guys have the worst service. Raised for network issues on 1st April with request Id:31-4695097143000, but even after 14 days no resolution has been provided. Porting to another service provider now.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Seems noone is keen to respond to my complaint on DM to #Airtel. #CEOAirtel should know that Airtel Xtreme doesn't play videos on Android TV when we try playing movies via Lionsgate channel. Disappointing to see it just keeps loading but never plays

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel gives falls commitment in resolving the concerns. Regular follow up but they could not resolve the issue. Is this the way Airtel values his customer? Such a poor response in resolving the issue.
