    @TRAI Please make consumer complaints looked into seriously and make the communication providers to provide compensation for the days the services are down like how the western countries do. @airtelindia is having poor customer support.

    Really bad experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has no escalation matrix, no nodal email, and no grievance team; customer care stopped responding in DM after 2 days.

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Airtel stop lying about “customer not responding.” Active plan already exists then how does a new recharge get activated immediately instead of queueing? This is a billing/system flaw, not user error. Fix it or explain. @TRAI
