    Hey @airtelindia You have one of the worst customer service experience for prepaid service. The chosen language is english and your IVR connects to hindi agent. Cant trasfer to english agent. Wont transfer to manager / team lead. Disconneted the call.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Not acceptable @airtelindia Dont you have any SLA's? Internet went off at 5am 29Apr & you resolve by 4pm 30 Apr? Loss of 2 full work days. This is happening in the most prime area of #Pune. No engineers available to address the issue. Really sad state of affairs. Unbelievable.

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Follow-up: I sent a DM regarding my concern with Apple TV claimed through Airtel and still haven’t received any response. Your customer service is absolutely pathetic. Kindly resolve this urgently.

    @airtelindia what kind of service you guys are providing. you guys charge money and send bills even when we are not using them. but when we get any issue in the network your technician arrives at our place and in the name of service charges take 200 rupees. which is invalid.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I dont need any waiver from you. I am just saying i will not pay the bills till the time my network issue resolve. And after that also I will just pay the bill not the late fee or any other charges Now it's on you that how fast you are solving my network issues 🙏
