  Hi @airtelindia, as a customers we face lot of challenges and scolding from service engineers who without even work or fix charge for service charge, which is not given by your company.Not sure how to fix this, make sure to give some solutions for us.

  Have been using two @airtelindia Premium Postpaid connections, but the experience of reaching customer care is absolutely terrible. For a premium service, the customer support is deeply disappointing. What’s the point of paying more if you can’t even speak to a representative.

  @airtelindia Need urgent clarification. I visited an Airtel Store to transfer my prepaid SIM ownership from my mother’s name to mine, but I was told I must convert to postpaid and wait 4 months Is this an official Airtel policy or misinformation? Please help with the correct ans.

  @airtelindia I think Mr. Mittal should call his airtel customer care and analyse whether it’s a care or harassment ! For one small thing I am struggling for last 6 month , since I pay the bill before due date airtel think I am fool ! If I have a chance will sure explain
