@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews she said our technician works between 10AM to 8PM. This mean if internet is not available after 8PM, next day technical will come at 10AM to sort out the issue.

So many call drops in @airtelindia now a days. One can not make a call without re-dialing 2 3 times. They promise to give best network but they are not able to maintain standard quality. #Airtel #airtel_network @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Yesterday it was down for more then 14 hours. It is happening every Saturday between 8 or 9PM that internet goes down and come back next day after noon. When I spoke with your customer service executive supervisor today.
