@TRAI @airtelindia @airtelbank I've been unable to use my airtel wallet for months and when I complained about it I was asked to wait 2-3 days to get a call back for its resolution. I received the call back today and I registered my complaint on 13th July, that's 2 weeks late.

When I pressed the customer care representative on your work ethics she blatantly cut the call. You call yourself #1 network of India, seems nothing more than a joke to me. @TRAI @airtelindia @airtelbank

@SidaqSingh2 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is no system in airtel. No defined process to handle any grievance. Tbe customer care, the technical supervisor, the nodal officer, they only take the complains and dump them somewhere. I mean how tou are managing to be so negligent.

@airtelindia What Airtel it is. There will not be any network. No proper service. Just spending customers money on adds instead of network. Such a Pathetic and Lethargic Airtel service. What a stupidity it is. It's become hell to me.I am following it up for 7months to get network
