I tried the SIM on a different phone, tried to select the network manually, and all possible options. But no use. Their IR helpdesk contacted me on whatsapp, where I gave them a detail explanation of issue with screenshots. 3/n @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

We are paying full amount of recharge for the service. If we won't get the service for the amount paid there should measures from the concerned dept or ministry to make the company responsible/accountable for the same. Highly disappointed no resolution to my issueyet @airtelindia

may times it show that I will receive a cashback of 40 rupees through airtel wallet but I did not receive and I try to can't contact through app if I say my issue they say me call 198 I try talking executives they confuse you with useles options @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
