    @airtelindia you need to fix your god damn customer exit process. People shouldn't have to explain the same thing to 7 different people. It's so annoying that I wouldn't ever recommend Airtel to anyone anymore.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer service at the Airtel Store, Velachery. My sim card stopped working and I am visiting the store for 3 days and still yet to get the new replacement sim. The only problem was that the sim was registered in my dad’s name 1/n

    @airtelindia I am at your customer experience Center and have been asked to provide hard copy of the address/id proof. Digital copy is also not acceptable. Please provide me with the documents of that rule please

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have Airtel x stream box with registered mobile number 9150800007 that box isn’t working from last 4 days and showing error of bad we thare and rain but in my city sirsa Haryana the Webster is totally clear and no bad weather no rain so solve it

    Been with @airtelindia for more than 15 years seems like time to move to @reliancejio had not had a scenario to meet up the customer experience team, they are arrogant and do not respect personal data/information this is about training and data security issue of citizens

    I have ported my number from Airtel to Jio. The balance amount has been cleared too. Yet Jio says Airtel is blocking it. Airtel says I don't know, visit an Airtel store.Really wonder what level the services on both sides have come down to.. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @JioCare
