    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had raised a request to terminate my connection. It was marked resolved without any update. How can I get the connection closed? How do I talk to your support agent?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is a case of double-billing for Amazon Prime. My mobile plan already includes it, but my broadband account is also being charged ₹1299 yearly. Please register this as a formal billing dispute and share the complaint number.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had raised a complaint for my broadband, engineer visited the location 2 days after the scheduled time. Said they ll fix the issue next day but closed the complaint raised. Really disappointed. I need to talk a representative. This is really poor
