    @Airtel_Presence It almost more than two weeks after the complain. Still, no one arrived for connection upgradation. Unprofessional attitude by @airtelindia. Futher there is no reply on dm too. I will suggest new coustomer should go other ip service provider.

    And was asked to call 56565 within 2 hours of sms confirmation in case i didn't get the call. I tried but i am not able to make calls, because i am currently in Singapore. Request you to help me resolve this and get my esim. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    No broadband connection for 3 days... Dont choose @airtelindia if you want faster resolution when disruption happens... Pathetic service

    @Airtel_Presence has levelled up towards their customer service standards. Regular check-in calls on the internet services have been the highlight. But team, a repetitive issue is being faced with recharging so, can you guys help or 198 is the only option? @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have paid my Nov 2021 postpaid bill in December 2021. I do have receipt from PayTm. And the new December bill shows the exact amount as previous dues and asking me to pay again. A little help here? I can share screenshots in DM.
