Hello @airtelindia i applied for Airtel fiber but after several apartment issue i cancelled my airtel fibers service (before installation) but 12 days still refund not received.

@airtelindia disappointed with ur instore service. Visited ur mianwali nagar peeragarhi delhi store and waiting for my concern even to be heard since 1hour. There are 4 ppl and 3 are sitting idle and doing nothing in my opinion. This is how u want to win customer trust. Pathetic

@airtelindia @airtelindia Switching to airtel is so frustration i cannot connect to customer care, only i can register complaint via thanks app wherein all it shows is excellent network. Which in reality sucks and makes my life miserable. When i was with @reliancejio it never happened.

@airtelindia Airtel network is very bad in my area.Internet connection is the poorest. Please try to improve it. It is the second time i am complaining about it.When i contact with the customer care they only said improvement in the tower going on that’s it.
