    @airtelindia, on your app, there is no way to check the data usage for your wifi. On the app, it literally says unlimited, but in reality there is a 1000GB cap for AirFiber. And they will cap your speed at 2 Mbps when you cross this data usage. Apparently you can call the customer care and add a data top up which is 500GB for INR 300. I did that. But after using it for ~10/12 hours, my speed is again below ~2 Mbps. And I'm pretty sure that I have not even consumed 50GB. Airtel, why can't you be more transparent about this: 1. Just say that the cap is 1000GB; why say "unlimited" when it's not 2. Just show the consumption and the current data usage on the app 3. Give an option to transfer data from postpaid to broadband. I litterally have hundred of GBs rolling over in postpaid, but I still have to pay for wifi data. I'm sure these are not major asks. Be a better customer centric company.

    @airtelindia 121 customer service is useless. nodal office is indifferent, incompetent. Assuming there is still someone in AIRTEL who values ethics, has conscience, I need an email id. @TRAI review AIRTEL's business practices. They are a serious breach of data confidentiality

    This is beyond frustrating! Our entire building in Ghuma, Ahmedabad has had unstable Airtel Wi-Fi for 4 days. Engineers “fix” it for a few hours, then it dies again. Many residents work from home, and this is now affecting our jobs. TL Sagar isn’t responding either. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Facing connectivity issues for last 10 days. Today also there is no connectivity and engineer visit has been scheduled for evening. Most pathetic Internet service I've ever had. @JioCare are you available in H Block, Sector 84 Faridabad?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’ve been experiencing network issues on both my postpaid and wifi connections for the past few hours. Look into the issue & resolve it ASAP. I’m tired of listening to your ****** automated responses in both your Airtel App & customer care support.

    @airtelindia @Airtel @Airtel_Presence - again same problem. Unable to apply rewards on the bill payment. Now this has become a regular monthly activity to ping u to get it resolve. But u r so busy that u can't even listn nor resolve.
