Such a pathetic service by a network giant @airtelindia in our country. After multiple complaints I am still having internet issues. And such a lame excuses given by the customer care. Internet works properly only when I am connected with a call. @airtel_care @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare **** off jio, I am tired of listning the same excuse for over 100 times, you take time of 3 months then after 3 months, but your excuse is not changed yet, you need a good script writer at least, I am going to port my sim in @airtelindia ASAP

.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been facing this issue in my parents phone that while making calls there is no audio in and out tried to make complaint on 198 but tbh your ivr is **** it won't respond to my inputs and keep on screaming things again and again.
