    @nitish24p @airtelindia Airtel Broadband is so bad! I got it installed for a fibre connection from the website, engineer came in and installed everything. Connection started and that's when I suspected why is just stuck at 40 Mbps when I am paying for 100 Mbps?

    @airtelindia Airtel calls itself open network, but there is no option anywhere to raise a complaint about network issue. When called on the given number, there is an IVR option just takes takes input if we are facing a network issue, but no one gave me a call (1/2)

    Malpractices by #Airtel #Broadband india. First provide a lifetime discount on bills to retain customers then quietly removing it saying it was not for lifetime. All this while giving nothing in writing & also trying to prove the customer is lying. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
