2/2 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I spoke to airtel customer care executive, who confirmed verbally that the above mentioned transaction was unsuccessful but when I asked for a mail ID to request a written confirmation, he said airtel doesn't have an email I'd. Seriously?
