    @airtelindia Just had the most terrible experience with Airtel customer service where the operator refused to help. Put my call on hold for 10 mins and never put the call off hold to speak with me. Eventually had to disconnect the call. Please improve your customer service.

    @airtelindia I have raised a ticket on 9th of August about my broadband connection which isn't resolved from last 10 days, My Ticket ID is 135302346. I'm not even getting any hopes that it's going to be resolved. Is this makes you the best network? LOL for @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Why are you charging extra ₹300 over and above my bill in the name of sim activation charges? This charge was never informed before applying for a new connection. This is unethical and wrong practice. Waive off this charge and revise the bill.

    @airtelindia is a high headed company who doesnt bother or care any customer despite repeated reminders to resolve the issue. Probably they're big fish
