Put my call on hold for 10 mins and never put the call off hold to speak with me. Eventually had to disconnect the call. Please improve your customer service.

If you're lucky enough to get an email response from Airtel, all the previous email including the original complaint would invariably be deleted from the email chain!

Your customer executive says it is due to an “unavoidable outage” in the area, but there has been no clear update or resolution. Please look into this urgently and restore the service at earliest.
