    @airtelindia Just had the most terrible experience with Airtel customer service where the operator refused to help. Put my call on hold for 10 mins and never put the call off hold to speak with me. Eventually had to disconnect the call. Please improve your customer service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Its been more than 2 days I am facing Broadband fibre connection issue, but no solution from airtel customer care. Ticket 136084146 still open & noone bothered. Getting 10-20Mbps speed for a 100Mbps connection & 0 upload. Pathetic service from airtel

    i recharge my airtel sim via airtel thanks app by using paytm upi id amount debited but recharge failed but this failed transaction is not in airtel thanks app and customer service said that same thing no transaction in the app where is my amount @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @WynkMusic @airtelindia the worst service and they not responding correctly to service and the wynk music app some error and the app is not downloading the songs. Please look into issue
