@airtelindia Just had the most terrible experience with Airtel customer service where the operator refused to help. Put my call on hold for 10 mins and never put the call off hold to speak with me. Eventually had to disconnect the call. Please improve your customer service.

@Airtel_Presence @HarmeenM @airtelindia Today after 4days the engineer called and queries if there is any issue in DSL? Don't know if he would come to rectify or it was just a call only. Till date the engineer wasn't aware of the ticket. It took 4 days to assign the ticket, Don't know how long to rectify

@airtelindia I locked a request on 8 July for shifting my WiFi connection and it’s 5 days passed no technician came and no call back from their side their senior executive making fool I am mentally harrasing from their worst service my office work is stuck from 5 days.
