    @airtelindia Just had the most terrible experience with Airtel customer service where the operator refused to help. Put my call on hold for 10 mins and never put the call off hold to speak with me. Eventually had to disconnect the call. Please improve your customer service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia have recharged with the 699 Prepaid plan along with Amazon Prime Benefits however you have still not activated my plan it's been a week and when I call the customer service they say it is from Amazon issue and contact them and vice versa from Amazon

    2/2 The behavior of @airtelindia customer service, both online and offline, is absolutely pathetic. If due to medical condition a person is not able to step out of the house, @airtelindia does not even bother to hear to the problem and always repeats their useless rulebook.
