@airtelindia Just had the most terrible experience with Airtel customer service where the operator refused to help. Put my call on hold for 10 mins and never put the call off hold to speak with me. Eventually had to disconnect the call. Please improve your customer service.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Internet speed is completely messed in our area and at my home. I have been calling CC from last 15-20 days every 3 days they give. Nothing happens. No calls, no updates from network teams, which executives always assure everytime I call. Fix it!
