    @airtelindia Just had the most terrible experience with Airtel customer service where the operator refused to help. Put my call on hold for 10 mins and never put the call off hold to speak with me. Eventually had to disconnect the call. Please improve your customer service.

    @airtelindia Broadband support system is not good. I've 100 Mbps plan and getting 2.5 Mbps for last 10 days. I complaint many times but still it's not resolved. Complaint Number- 10060999991
