@airtelindia Just had the most terrible experience with Airtel customer service where the operator refused to help. Put my call on hold for 10 mins and never put the call off hold to speak with me. Eventually had to disconnect the call. Please improve your customer service.

@JioCare after 5G launch, frequently calls are getting disconnected with msg servers not reachable. A few times the network is going to an unreachable state. Pincode 500055. If it's continuous the same way i will port to @airtelindia

I am facing issues regarding my airtel fiber connection, i raised complaint ,still more than 24 hrs later and calling customer care multiple times their is no resolution to my problem is a annoying,is their anything you guys can do am fed up with your trash service @airtelindia
