    @airtelindia Just had the most terrible experience with Airtel customer service where the operator refused to help. Put my call on hold for 10 mins and never put the call off hold to speak with me. Eventually had to disconnect the call. Please improve your customer service.

    Thanks @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The issue has been resolved. We keep on requesting for the service visit. Finally the service guys understood tht the issue because of wire cut not because of outage.

    I have 4 fibre connections & trust me when I say this, you’ve lost me as a client. Its 2021 & your customer service still has a turnaround time of more than 24 hours. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to opt for your services. Thank you for the inconvenience @airtelindia

    @airtelindia airtel broadband is not providing the speed as said. Takes 2-3 mins to load a website. Not able to open Facebook, whatsapp. Worst service.

    @airtelindia Ref Service Request No. 31-3735913372562, dated 17/09/2021. thisnis my repeat complain. u r cheating the custome and just looting the money. u need 15 days to reslove the issue.. just making fool nd irritating me. haraased service. hell network.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am an existing Airtel Prepaid Customer in West Bengal Circle. I am unable to get any network on my Airtel sim. When I insert my sim to any feature phone Or smartphone, network is not coming. Can i raise complaint to the respective team?
