    @airtelindia Just had the most terrible experience with Airtel customer service where the operator refused to help. Put my call on hold for 10 mins and never put the call off hold to speak with me. Eventually had to disconnect the call. Please improve your customer service.

Earlier, the network used to work fine, but now I barely get any signal. I'm not sure what changed. Do you have any solution? Please let me know ASAP.

    @airtelindia worst bloody service. since 3 pm until 11.30 pm now the wifi has not been fixed. instant service is not provided. the pole is right front of my gate and i have a problem. my job goes at stake because of your stupidity. fix it or remove this **** from my house.

    @DhiruCodes @airtelindia I got FastLane thinking I will get better signal but apart from showing full range and slow internet there is not benefit. Airtel network has become ****** in my area.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, My airtel WIFI services is down since 4 days and no one engineer is visited to home. and i called to Amrendra Rai from Gorakhpur ground team, They swore at me using bad words on the phone when I filed a complaint. even no one handling my complain
