    @airtelindia Just had the most terrible experience with Airtel customer service where the operator refused to help. Put my call on hold for 10 mins and never put the call off hold to speak with me. Eventually had to disconnect the call. Please improve your customer service.

    @airtelindia 1/4 This crucial information was never disclosed before the conversion. I requested to speak with the Branch Manager, who informed me that porting back to prepaid could be done. However, I had a flight back the same day and did not have sufficient time to complete the process.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence My internet isn't working despite showing full network strength. I can make/receive calls & texts fine, but mobile data won't work. Tried restarting & toggling Airplane mode - no luck. Need this resolved urgently! #Airtel @airtelnews @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Wi-Fi has been down since 6 AM today &my plan is due to expire tomorrow 12 pm. It shows as expired before the actual due date, and the same thing happened back in March as well. Why does this keep happening?look into it and restore the connection.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Signals of Airtel Mobile have gone from bad to worse at Mahindra Luminare, Sector 59, Gurgaon. We all get only 1 bar in our mobiles, impossible to take calls. Pls do something ASAP.

    @airtelindia @jagograhakjago there is no clear mechanism to cancel Airtel Xtreme Play subscription. Users are being fooled and looted with no option to cancel their subscription.

    Hello I raised request for my wifi router and dth setup in 18th July I got WiFi router but still waiting for the dth setup. Have tried calling 198 several times but no solution yet. And area manager is not picking up phone @airtelindia
