@airtelindia Just had the most terrible experience with Airtel customer service where the operator refused to help. Put my call on hold for 10 mins and never put the call off hold to speak with me. Eventually had to disconnect the call. Please improve your customer service.

I wfh, Last week Airtel people had approached us for Airtel fiber.We really liked the plan and opted for it. I must say it is the worst service ever I'm trying to reach Airtel they have been avoiding my call left and right. Its been hard week for me @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia I have availed INR 2000 one plan wherein I am supposed to get 200 mbps speed. Have been complaining since so months but the plan remains to be INR 400 plan and also the speed has always been less than 40’mbps. Frequent disconnection and low speed is always an issue!

@amitchauhan2684 @airtelindia Please connect your Airtel number to another company and enjoy it a lot because Airtel does not have the capability to provide the right network. I too frequently conveyed the inconvenience of network to the company.
