    @airtelindia Poor service in my area Bebadohal, Maval, Pune. Its been a year Im airtel airfiber user & everyday facing internet issues where speed is hardly 70-80kbps. Whenever I called customer care answer is same team is working on it & will resolve in 4hrs. Highly disappointed

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 0123217757044_wifi Facing terrible broadband service from Airtel for the last 1 month. More than 7 outages already & the internet is still not working right now. Repeated disruptions with no permanent fix. Extremely frustrating for work & daily use.

    Really disappointed with @airtelindia broadband service. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!! I raised a WiFi ownership transfer request for my flatmate, but before it was completed, I clearly requested permanent disconnection as neither of us wanted the connection anymore. Airtel support confirmed the disconnection request and said it would be processed within 7 business days. Now today I receive an email saying the ownership has been updated instead of disconnecting the connection. Why was the transfer processed after a confirmed disconnection request? This is extremely unprofessional and stressful. Need immediate resolution and confirmation that the connection is permanently disconnected with no future billing issues. #Airtel #AirtelXstream #CustomerService

    @airtelindia Right now I know there are multiple airtel fiber connection are active on different locations of outside of my city fraudulently using my adhar number without verification. It's a serious issue.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Urgent: mobile data is still not working on my SIM despite multiple troubleshooting steps. Calls/SMS work, and another SIM works fine in the same phone. Tried sending multiple DMs after but No response to yet. Please assist ASAP.

    Really disappointed with the service from @airtelindia Postpaid. Even as an Airtel Black customer, no proper resolution provided. Disconnection emails go unanswered and support agents fail to give correct resolutions on calls. “Premium” service only in name. #Airtel #AirtelBlack

    Hey @airtelindia, enough is enough. Despite multiple assurances that my 'Google One' subscription was canceled, it has appeared on my bill yet again. Your resolution time takes so long that I’m hit with late fees while waiting for fix. I’ve been overpaying for 2 yrs. User Beware
