  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI It's very annoying to register a complaint everytime either through my thanks app or through IVR. That is the sole reason I am writing here to get the attention of airtel technical team. Being a valued customer and postpaid family plan user, never expected a service like this.
